I’m surprised the Horde guards do anything at all. We’ve all seen the videos/screenshots of alliance running up and down the docks filled with Horde troops who stand there doing nothing.

I actually saw two Alliance players yesterday who were hanging around at the War Table doing nothing.

I remember walking through the entire 2-3 bottom tiers of Dazar’alor, and the only guards that would attack me were the guards riding the brutosaur on the jungle road (they aggroed and tagged me but I don’t think they hit me) and the golems guarding the emissary tier. Other than neutral enemies like the amani of course.

Those grunts seem really demotivated.

It’s a bloody disgrace. Meanwhile if I get within 20’ of an alliance camp I get chased for fifteen miles by all manner of GOIBEN UDEN LO guards. Trying to get through Boralus for the B’aal pet was a pain and a half even though I wasn’t attacked by any players whatsoever.

Also pet peeve: apparently “god” combined with the word “damn” is a banned word now? Really?

Banned words are really weird.

Though I will say, “Damn” wouldn’t make sense being banned, considering we have the “I damn you to everlasting Hell”, or even the Cult of the DAMNED.

It would be like saying that you can name yourself Fondle, but you can never say fondle as in “I wish to fondle a woman”

Godamm 30% buff in warmode for Alliance means it only takes 2 quests to level my lightforged draenei.

Means its going to suck trying to level my Hordes.

Incredibly peeved by your average Warlock joe using the Horn mog to display their demonic transformation. I know that DHs sorta normalized all of that but even then it’s painful to look at. Bonus point of it’s a fem warlock with a promiscuous persona.

Nightborne Priests of Elune… Feel free to tell me I might have missed something, but during my questing in Suramar, I don’t remember a single instance where they still held Elune in high regards. It’s not lorebreaking for me to see it, but it does feels out of place really.

So… Yeaaaah. Also, I’m still angry that Vulpera and Sethrak are not available yet.

First, I think you’re wrong. If they intend on releasing allied races, it’s likely gonna be lately in the final patch for people to level up and retain players.

But Zandalari/ Kultirans were hinted to be coming around 8.1.5, and the DI and Mag’har were 8.0.5 (if I remember correctly) So by looking at the past we can predict that it will be the .5 of a patch, and since we know Goblins and gnomes is a big thing this Expac (ha, big) it would be likely that gnomes and Goblins would get their Ally races at the same time.

Allow me to tell you’ve missed something. Before Legion AP was made defunct, one of the quest rewards around maybe halfway through the 7.0 Suramar storyline was a figurine of faith dedicated to Elune from Ly’leth’s personal collection.

You also have Oculeth making the statement that he misses the sermons dedicated to Elune in Falanaar and that he wishes to see the old temple glow with blessings of the moon again.

That’s two main cast members wishfully remembering Elune in high regard.

Then there’s the fact that the Fist of the Grand Magistrix, the most powerful sentinel ever built in Suramar leveled half the city. In spite of this, when they rebuilt the destroyed portion of the city they still renamed and modeled everything after moon iconography in Elune’s honour.

We’re hoping to get a confirmation on Nightborne priests with the upcoming lore Q&A though.

Yes the reasoning is logical, but in all honesty I can see a d!ck move of having them very late into the expansion. Earlier or later doesn’t really make a difference for me.

Thanks. All that is fine and dandy however you just mentionned two-three individuals who while they do have some fond remembering of Elune are still a minority and certainly do not reflect upon their society in that regard… Both dwelling in Arcane and politics instead of Priesthood.

Don’t worry I did not interpreted your statement as saying “Oh it’s cool, we got those three guys who think fondly of Elune, that means everyone does.” Same as you let’s hope the Q&A clears a few things.

It sounds like the Sethrak would require some graphical design and actual work to appropriately fix armor sets to function for them without looking too ridiculous. Quite frankly, I would not get too much hope that it ever happens.

In regards to Allied Races right now I doubt there is much reasoning behind potential releases except one; Subscription numbers are dropping due to the poor quality of content? Time to lure in those that dropped out with a couple of Allied Races.
