Pet Peeve #INFINITY - Thanos gonna cry

Those are fighting words.

You picking a fight?

Finding a guild for an alt I wanna play is a real chore.

This inane faction barrier, in this case the mailing/posting part of it. My paladin needs a racial charger because Dwarves look daft as hell on horses. He has no money.

My Horde has all my money. Because my Horde is my main. So I think “I’ll buy the thing, send it over.” So I buy the thing, I go to send it over.

The mail knows my character, it auto fills it in. It’s my account, my character, of course it does. “character is not friendly”

ARE YOU HAVING A F:)CK!NG LAUGH?!

It’s my account, my character, who gives two flying hoots of cat piss if it’s friendly or not - it’s my stuff to my character. Bloody moronic idiocy.

Oh and an extra f:)ck you Blizzard for being so mind numbingly stupid you think everybody is a child and must be protected from the horror of swearing. C:)nts.

Oh no, brace for impact, we’re doomed.

Wait, did you buy the mount or are you trying to send gold to the dwarf?

Giving gnomes an allied race that looks even more ridiculous than them would indeed be a bad business move. What’d the mechagnome player number be? 1000?

I don’t like the mechagnome idea either, but hey, Blizzard already invented void elves and put a type of night elves in the Horde.

Sad thing is, gnomes COULD look cool, but they just don’t, at least not ingame.
Part of the problem probably lies with this Disney artstyle. There’s also the problem with their neon hair colors.

I’d try to find some better examples of cool looking gnomes, but all the artists seem to go with the same dumb style befit to a Pegi 3+ game.

Mechagnomes…

To say that I have concerns about how armour will end up looking on them would be an understatement. Vulpera we already know will work. These guys…won’t pretty much any armour just cover up what makes 'em special, save the cyborg eyes?

But then you’d have to ask who’d they get instead. Personally I’m hoping for gnolls, lead by a somehow still alive Hogger who has been pressganged into service against his will.

Even gnolls would be better than mechagnomes.

Those feet look absolutely horrible.

I don’t know about the shoulder slot but I can see them making it so there is no armour over the mecha parts.

So just no gloves/boots/bracers/mostofthelegs transmog for that race? Seems…unlikely, but arguably the best solution.

Would definitely save money on transmog!

Maybe we get option that aren’t quite so meched up?

You know, maybe we can pick to have one fleshy arm and leg and one mech one?

Mechagnomes look terible. I honestly have no words to describe how bad this thing is. Blizzard ‘’ suprises ‘’ us with yet another pathetic decision. Those gnomes look like they were screaming to end their existance already

All that is exactly how I feel about Mechagnomes. The titanic work that will go into making them seemingly “work” or they will get the same treatment as NB and be left with a shoddy work that won’t be nearly as fleshed out as the NPCs.

Sethrak are a much better option, too bad Blizzard probably isn’t that smart.

Sethrak would be a terrible choice for the Alliance unless you specifically make them the evil Faithless.

You thought people were confused about nightborne siding with Horde? Would be nothing compared to the Alliance getting Sethrak.

I dont understand why they cant make them look like they ones we have encountered in Northrend. Not to mention that adding second gnome race is just a god damn awful idea

I don’t see why not… Really HM Tauren apart from sharing the same Ancestry as the Mulgore Tauren had no reason not to join the Alliance either.

Blizz managed to a**pull Void elves for no reason either… It’s hardly impossible that Sethrak for Alliance wouldn’t be a thing.

Personally I’d hate getting Mechagnomes, another barely different race already in the Alliance while something actually exotic would be a thing.

I personally hope for something more Drust-like for an allied race. Since there is definitely one who doesn’t hate the Kul Tirans, we kill their boss at the end of the manor, it could leave a group of them lost and looking for a home.

Since the Alliance do more with them than the Horde, you could tack them onto the order of Embers rep.

Now its just giving them a model
