On the topic of the old heatweave, I have always dealt terribly with heat and so does my wife despite being Sicilian. Last year was an absolute nightmare, a heatwave that seemed to last the whole summer.
We don’t have air conditioning, because what house in England does, and I suspect the two fans we have will be working overtime in the coming week.
What’s worse is that this year we have a baby, and when she won’t sleep for whatever reason, we have to walk her about the house to ease her into it. Fine if the weather is alright, but strapping what is effectively a small but heavy ball of sweat and additional heat to your chest is all kinds of nightmarish.
I don’t think I’ll survive this year.

horrible concept for an MMO ngl.
One character can be and do literally everything, mind. There’s no benefit to having alts except maybe more bank space. There’s even a budget sub option for one character per server.
Admittedly there is the issue of designing a character after a particular class. Most will either make a class neutral character that fits all of them, or have alts for different classes, or get race changes (Like £5 each, or maybe less) if they want to change which class they main.
You absolutely can have alts and it’s not unfeasible to play them. Just a lot of stuff is character specific unlocks. Very little account wide progression outside certain items from the store or collectors editions. When leveling alt classes on a character you get double XP up to the highest class level you have, but it only applies to that character. Though a number of XP items are available nowadays that are given to every character you make.

Honestly sounds incredibly unfun, especially in a game that has a wide variety of races available. I’d get it if it was something oldtimey that only has Human or Human.
