Pet Peeve: The Undying

The mad and stupid flailing was the reason I never played Worgen.

Upright. Male. Worgen. When?

The ladies are upright.

They stand upright while shooting or certain casting animations.

Male orcs got an upright option.

It bugs me because in most art and cinematics they stand upright but in-game they slouch, and there’s this stupid chest fold which butchers chest textures too which is even on the new model.

It especially bugs me that lore-wise they’re absolute units, taller than Night Elves, but in-game they’re barely taller than normal humans
should really be Kul Tiran height tbh. Like a full on monster race for the Alliance should be! It bugs me so much that they’re shorter than NElves or draenei, when a glance at even the comics shows they tower over the former.

I never had a female worgen. Now, I’m going to make one because of this new model (and you can see how I’m searching for the ideal face/color on those screenshots haha.)

Goblins suffers a bit from same-facy, but overall there isn’t much change to it? They’re HD, that’s it. Admittedly, I never played goblin either so maybe goblin players have more of an opinion on it?
I like that the males got an option for non-glowing eyes, and also scars! One of the two not-glowing faces have scars on the muzzle and around the right eye.

It’s become harder for me to tell the male goblin faces apart with the update.

Goblins, sadly just got a model update
Their faces are frankly so similar it’s hard to tell the difference now whereas current models at least made an effort with the chin, nose and shape of head, now goblins are the same way as Pandaren.

I hope it’s not for them the only things they’ll get and that blizzard will add more over time like they did with Belves and Light eyes. Seriously after adding scars for KT and Blind eye, I hope they’ll continue giving more options.

HMtauren all having the same eye colour bugs me

Female tauren still only having four faces bugs me

It bugs everyone really.

The thing is
If some races are just doomed to have the same faces, at the very least I expect more customizations like scars, tattoos, traces of singed skin/fur, trinkets culturally appropriate depending on race (Bracelets, earrings for races that don’t have them, piercings, necklaces, etc)

I believe by now Blizzard has the ressources to do that. I only suspect that they don’t do it because giving us all that now, means less future “cool additional content” they’re giving us for the future. I still remember how when Velves and Nightbornes were datamined with their heritage armor, there were weapons coming along
Haven’t seen a single one of them to this day.

Peeve: the flood of “leak” threads on the AD forum. Leave that stuff to the mmo-champion forums.

The fact prestige races are just reskins of existing races
 with the same animations.

Void Elves are just Blood Elves you can play on Alliance. Nightborne are Horde Night Elves. Zandalari and Highmountain are literally just Trolls and Tauren.

Oh, and Kul Tirans are Pandaren with the furry removed.

I resent this because we are clearly superior to KT who are just a lazy justification to have Vrykul-ish humans with sea theme slapped on it.

Finally back from holiday and settled in at the new house. Booted up Classic to play it properly and can’t decide what I want to actually play.

It’s not like I can easily change my mind later.

Excluding the fact they clearly aren’t, sure. You’re right.

To make matter worse, we technically got 1 HA weapon, the traditional/iconic Nelf Sentinel Glaive.

But it’s limited to DH only as its classified as a warglaive.

That’s my pet peeve.

I still dont understand why, since the warglaives of Azzinoth, like -the- DH items are swords, and DH’s can wield swords.

Why not just make the glaive a sword??

Because that requires someone in that particular design team to possess a fully functional brain.

it’d cost a raid tier

Tbh, I would have happily sacrificed Nazjatar for it. The raid is alright/mediocre and the zone is a terrible rushjob, and it added very little in terms of story.

Even though the model and animations are different?

Peeve: The fix applied to block the DDoS attack on WoW Classic has blocked Wine users too as a side effect of the technique they used. Thankfully there’s a workaround. Still sad that Blizzard considers Wine users acceptable collateral damage.
