On topic, I’m currently a little peeved that the best worgen faces are tied to the worst human faces. How am I meant to enjoy the new models like this, Ion??
Simply never change into a human

I appreciate that in the context of the original problem being about using gendered slurs that it can appear that I’m talking solely about women - but I’m not being specific here.
A neat summation is this:
the language used would make them feel uncomfortable IRL, and since I am not deliberately cruel I will not knowingly do something that makes another person uncomfortable without a good reason.
I like having the option. Can’t always go around in my magical fursuit.
You’re a little late to the party - I was offering evidence about how one treats fictional people informing how they treat real people. I’m not repeating myself a fourth time so you can read up if you’re interested.
Finally caught up with the thread

Since you did the heavy lifting, could you tldr for me?
People can get uncomfortable for a lot of things. Even just conflict and interaction in general. The very nature of interaction opens up the possibility that you might offend/be at odds with somebody but you do it anyway because simply not finding out is not gonna work out either.
Sometimes it doesn’t work out and then you either stand your ground/apologize and move on.
Well I mean, I am still waiting for the %…
I haven’t read the thread but I’m going to pretend like I did. I feel like it all amounts to the same in the end anyway.
Oh dear, look at this mess.
I don’t use words idly, boush - I will not knowingly do something that makes another person uncomfortable without a good reason.
Well I mean, I am still waiting for the %…
You’re too clever to be dumb enough to think there’s a serious percentage one could give. Let’s not insult both of our intelligences here.
EDIT: missed a bit of emphasis on ‘knowingly’ as well.
Me @ this topic atm

wtf those eyes look horrifying
“Without a good reason” - being completely arbitrary/context bound, obviously.
Well, I wasn’t the one to claim that because someone does x things in one context transfers to them being more likely/willing to do it in y context, so yeah I’m perfectly entitled to ask for a percentage from you?
Someone posted a picture about people yelling all kinds of weird and out of place slurs in the SoO 2 event, you know the usual rp-pvp stuff, and that sparked a heated “discussion” about the place of those slurs in wow roleplaying and whether their usage reflects the personality of the player behind the character or not.
Argent Dawn, the biggest den of finks and pinkertons this side of the Colorado.
…uh, yeah. I’m not sure what else you were expecting tbh

You’re entitled to ask, I guess.
it was well worth the adrenaline rush I gave the post count all by posting 1 image not even made by me
I do think it reflects badly on the player when their character has a history of heated gamer moments towards women.
Ugh… Can’t sleep.
Too much stomach acid.
