What happened?
As far away from of the Apple production sites in Elwynn as possible.
I like it.
They take a boat over to sell it, dum-dum.
The thing why human sultanate just does not seem plausible to me though is this. Humans only came to Kalimdor first in the Third War. The Wastewanders in lore are also confirmed to originate from people who got shipwrecked there in the year 20 after the Southsea Pirates destroyed what ships they had. Only -then- did they start to adopt the nomadic lifestyle that we see in WoW. Before that time, Kalimdor was only some place they heard about in fairytales, or maybe tales from the elves who came from there long ago. For the rest it was utterly unknown to the humans and orcs when they first landed there.
If we go by the Ultimate Visual Guide Timeline, and if we go with that every expansion is a year in lore, weâre currently in year 33. Thatâs thirteen years. Definetly not enough time to form a complete sultanate, plus, Uldum was closed off from the rest of the world untill the Cataclysm. Before that time there simply -CANâT- have been humans living there.
Now I am normally of the sort that I donât make too much of a fuss about what people rp or not, but atleast stick with the lore and donât make up things that arenât there. Contrary to the belief of some, Blizzardâs sandbox -is- big enough to create a whole array of character-concepts -without- inventing things that arenât there.
End of rant.
Traveller retcons this actually. Aramâs dad has been visiting Gadgetzan since at least the Second War (along with the other humans on his crew, presumably).
Okay, Iâll concede there then, seems some humans already went there. But the rest of my point still stands. I should really see about reading those Traveler books though.
They have some of the better world building for the universe despite being kidâs books, mostly because theyâre not focused at all on the âbig namesâ and instead is down-to-earth.
Itâs almost like the WarCraft setting can be well-written and engaging when it isnât being forced to repeat the same two stories about âHorde is evil, we gotta make it notâ and âBad thing come, team up to stop itâ with the same cast of 10 overpowered Mary SuesâŚ
Re. Tanarisian humans, they gave a ruling over twitter in regards to the human ancestor spirits clad in Arabian themed gear in that tomb in Uldum were humans who traveled to Uldum before the events of Lei Shenâs conquest that lead to the Uldum barriers going up and shrouding it from rest of the world.
I.e. humans were in Uldum some 13,000 years ago.

Since theyâre all soulbound to tombs now I guess that didnât end well for them lmao rekt humans
Shouldnât have become bandits smh my head
Also in the Uldum questing, the Tolâvir talk about the Wastewander bandits as though theyâve been there for a while already, what with them having already adopted Tolâvir culture as their own.
Fellas, what if the Uldum barrier only shrouded the Tanaris Pass but not the coastline?
The fact that being in the Onesie transmog makes me appear naked on the forums.
Itâs because we donât want to see it. Itâs disgusting!
Weekly reminder that I wish SWTOR hadnât turned out to be a hot pile of .
I would have really loved to RP in an Old Republic setting. The game had a lot of potential too, those archive videos they did in the lead up to the launch were dope. Would have been pretty sweet to RP an Imperial Agent, but nooooo.
They really dropped the ball on that one.
My consistent struggle in finding a guild or a community I can devote my time into has made my World of Warcraft roleplaying experience devolve into a âstanding around a place, walking and talking to peopleâ extravaganza. Itâs growing to the point I feel like Iâm wasting my time.
i dont wanna unsub but boy it seems hard for me to find someplace
The setting lends itself poorly to actual RP when you have the superiority of Sith so heavily ingrained into the Empire. Anyone playing a non-Sith has to constantly acknowledge that any Sith RPer could force choke them to death at any time with little to no consequence - not a good start.
Itâd be like Garroshâs Horde or Garithosâs Alliance - when you enable power players to that extent, it causes problems.

My agent is protected by the sithâŚhtis eripme. Theyâre super strong+cool so donât mess with me buackaroos
Hail Sith-is
Then why do it? Gonna drop ÂŁ50 on blizz to unlock something youâll never use?

While I was in a commute from city center to north of city it just happened that today there was a Rugby Match⌠Turns out where I live, people are really into Rugby which I donât mind.
But as you can expect⌠Theyâre frankly rowdy, loud, brash and often reek of blue cheese and beer.
Tramway was packed full with them and the idiots brought beer with them⌠They were drinking from one of those starbucks looking coffee cup (I donât exactly have the exact term in mind.). One of them, despite being told by his buddies not to drink, kept doing so⌠I was just behind⌠Driver had to do one nasty hit of the breaks because morons keep crossing the rails⌠Said beer spilled on me.
Now, I would have just been mildly annoyed if it was just droplets, but it was quite the amount that fell onto my clothes and drenched them⌠But I was really pissed when he was trying not to laugh while barely apologizing and his friends didnât say much either as it happened.
