I’m dumb. Didn’t realise if I killed Alleria it would immediately end the vision.

Same with killing Thrall in Orgrimmar. At least you know now i guess?

Yup. What a waste of a vial though, I could have gone for at least one other wing. I don’t know which ones are harder to complete though.

You only need to worry about wings once your cloak hits level 5.

Oh okay, then that’s not too bad.

Not to bully you at all, but geniune tips if you didnt know: The hardmode areas(you want to avoid until higher cloak) are in SW: Mage District, Old Town District.

And in Orgrimmar: Valley of Wisdom, Vally of Honor.

Yeah, don’t worry about them until you NEED to do them (which is 6 onwards)

Will I have unlocked the final appearance of the cloak by then?

Useful. I was looking at trying Dwarven District, but if I don’t need to then I won’t bother. Not worth the risk I think.

Dwarven is actually the easiest SW district after cathedral!

I did the same thing first time.

It’d be good if like, I dunno, the game told you or something so you don’t end up wasting all those Coalescing Visions.

God I hate 8.3.

I wish there was something (a website or an addon) that told me what emissaries were up on both factions.

I keep forgetting to check Alliance side so keep missing the one i want (I have completely forgotten names, the one in the zone that is all side quests!)

What about this?

thank you! seems to do the trick i want.

My current pet peevee is the fact that Blizzard removed the artifact quest related portals in Legion Dalaran. I’m supposed to go to the Dalaran crater but the portal isn’t there…

And my mage is Alliance so I can’t just teleport to Undercity and fly.

They could have made the portal(s) visible for those that are doing the artifact questlines.

Been so wrapped up in FF14 today, I forgot to do my assault!

Huh, I thought that was how it worked.

So I’ve found this on Wowpedia:

“During the development of World of Warcraft, each playable race was originally planned to have an epic life quest which told the story of that race. As they started implementing these life quests, however, the designers increasingly found that they felt canned rather than cool and individual since they gave the same backstory to every player character of a particular race. The designers ultimately steered in the direction of simply making epic high-level questlines with stories based around the NPCs, rather than trying to tell players what their character’s life story is.”

My peeve is that the WoW developers don’t engage in that kind of thinking anymore.
