I repeat this. I used to renew my sub with a game-time card and those, I believe, gave you 60 days of sub. The site, however, has options for 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months.

Been so used to just subscribing for a month and then imediately cancelling that I didnāt realise there was another way.

Play some single player ones to ease your way into liking the graphics slowly. Start with 7 (original) and work your way up the numbers. Ez.

I thought ESO looked a bit bland but FF looks much more so to me, really. People can enjoy it just fine, obviously, but I just keep on seeing people talk about how everyone should move to there and how much better it is, then I look it up and I just ???

This sub change is quiteā¦ Short-sighted. I donāt think people will return. Those who are into the expansion certainly will not leave, that much will not change. But people who are aware and know what theyāre in for will no longer sub back in. You may have those 60 days subs for patches, but I guarantee youā¦ 6 Weeks is enough for people to known if they want to stay or not and I trust you, nothing changes faster than a customer seeking to preserve their walletās.

As one of the recent converts, I can definitely say it isnāt going to be for everyone.
But my friend who hated the art style started recently and has been enjoying it.
Not that Iām saying that you should try it.

I find that thereās no convincing people about the graphics being unappealing. They either refuse to play the game because of it, or they manage to overlook the graphics and play anyway. I went into it disliking that aspect of XIV for all the usual reasons - itās a too-colourful mess of clashing aesthetics without a cohesive vision, etc.
I grew accustomed to it, I learned why everything looks the way it does and now I look back at WoW and find that all of the criticism that I applied to FF can just as easily be applied to it, now that Iāve become less accustomed to WoWās graphical quirks.
I wouldnāt say that either game is graphically superior or inferior. Theyāve both got very weird and clashing aesthetics that look like garbage to anyone thatās unfamiliar to the game.
