There are a few groups that do it in Africa and Asia I believe.

Think high elf but shorter ears, normal eyes and brows, taller and with a long graceful neck to consume the forest canopy with

had to absolutely crunch to make my last 5 timewalking before reset. pulled dps to carry the most obscenely bad tanks and healers ive seen in a while i wouldnt even do in mythic+. i checked out and let the demons take the reins.
all for a duplicate neck.
