I like Resurrection for what it is, a big dumb late 90’s action movie.

I like most of the cast too!

I think I’ve watched the first Alien movie, maybe the second too? But all I remember is the alien and Ripley being great.

My Mrs disclosed to me a couple of months back that she had never seen any of the Alien movies other than the first half of Prometheus, which she absolutely hated, so we had a weekend binge and blasted out everything… Alien 3 firmly remains my breaking point… I swear it’s like the movie that never ends!

My only experience with the show was seeing it on very late night TV. It had similar vibes to Walker Texas Ranger or a more obscure show called Renegade…

Didn’t hate it though. In fact I’m pretty sure Highlander:Endgame has Duncan and Connor teaming up.

Terminator and Alien: There should have been only two.

I can’t speak for Alien since it has been a while since I saw those movies.

But Terminator wthell are they doing. Genisys and Dark Fate were just… why was this even necessary? Mind you, I did like the actors, and ofcourse Arnie’s always there to carry the movie but… suddenly we’re getting an alternate timeline, and in Dark Fate they just off John Connor the first few seconds of the movie only to… apparently do it all over again as we get a new AI gone rogue and a new Terminator sent from the future to kill a leader of the Resistance?

Actually no. I will not be swayed. At best they were superflous. Film 1 finished it beautifully.
