So I’m considering the possibility of RPing a past Lintian in Wrath Classic. But therein lies a conundrum.
Though I created Lintian in late WoD, her backstory includes events that happened in AD RP during Wrath. (She was just one of the faceless Astranaar civilians back then.) I was able to RP her a little during vanilla Classic without a narrative contradiction, but that was because I never RP’d in the original vanilla. Wrath Classic RP is obviously not going to feature the same characters as the original Wrath RP scene did, and might contradict these events.
Ultimately it might be a moot point because, from what I understand, Hydraxian Waterlords is such a dead server that I’d be unlikely to find RP anyway.

You can go corrupt gold dragon, which is kind of a funny route to take.
Demon->Redeemer super good dragon->Evil dragon.

My impression is that you would want to make a plan with some friends. Coming across RP out and about in the world is supposedly an unlikely event.
She’s tiny if so.
She’s the same height as Lyse and far shorter than my own Highlander.

Or rather gothy dragon. Perhaps my next char should just be straight up goth dragon.

So I had to do a little FF14 PvP and it is wild - literally entirely different abilities from top to bottom.
Does make me wish I could trim like a couple of abilities from PvE machinist - the fact that only some AoE and single target moves share cooldowns means you have a ton to focus on alongside your two resource bars and also the fight.
Also I am pretty sure flamethrower is worse than useless which stinks because it’s a flamethrower it should be lethal

dots really dont have the same punch they do in WoW sadly, yeah. its decent but you need to be able to use it on a large enough pack to really feel the difference.
The trouble with it is that it needs so many things to go well to actually use it, and then you look at the damage and might as well just keep using Scattergun because at least that also generates heat
also pulling a shotgun feels satisfying. i sometimes use it in raids. people don’t appreciate it but it feels right.
And in PvP it’s an aoe knock back, incredibly satisfying
thats a nice laser you got there missus white mage it’d be a pity if someone put two rounds of buckshot in your face at point blank i say before pulling out the remmington on the fleeing summoner

I believe it’s worth using Flamethrower at 6+ enemies otherwise it’s pretty useless.
MCH in general is… Not good in PVE, they’re not sure what to do with it and they can’t buff it without either removing phys ranged tax or rework the whole job.
HoMM3 was the best and nobody can tell me otherwise

(no it’s not because of the sylvans and especially the 3D home town shut UP!)

HoMM 4 and 5 were a big miss with me, especially 4 where they merged some factions together.
3 holds alot of nostalgia for me as I played it a lot with a friend and his sister, but it was also just nice from a aesthetic variety flavour town of factions. Was just good. Also my friends banned me from Dungeon and using Black Dragons :,)
It used to do that in PVP, then they changed it.
Job needs a full rework tbh.

On a different note, went down with some trash I’d been too busy/forgetful to do and honestly it feels good. Now I just need to get all my bottles and cans out.
