Arthur isn’t really stupid, just has never seen a school from inside and lived all his life on the countryside. Leaves him with some wider gaps in the knowledge department here and there. Also he can be relentlessly awkward, especially when the situation requires a minimum of social graces and allows him to think about it first.

Not sure on the savannah part, but we got the general hunter gathering thing down within aprox 1-1.2 million years and then fire a little after.
Then Xenu or whatever came from the stars with his angels on a flying carpet and started checking our Thetan levels before giving our small brains agriculture, civilisation, writing, wheels, aristocracy and we’ve been on catch up psychologically ever since.

It’s ok, I was awake at 12.55am, sometime around 3 and now 5.45am. Again.
