Ah, no, see, Aloy is a ‘bad character’, because she… -checks notes- doesn’t pass some of their arbitary (read: blind and stupid) prettiness tests, and is a fairly smart, capable female lead character who obviously annoys The Usuals enough for her to be classed as ‘pandering’ or ‘OP’.
Bleh.
Genuine peeve; I’d forgotten that, regardless of Difficulty setting, the combat in Forbidden West feels worse than Zero Dawn. Even fully aimed bow shots are still wildly inaccurate due to how damn fast enemies move, even with the concentration ability active. Which, given how small and apparently missable they made so many components, is not forgivable.
Also, they made the tripwire caster, one of my favourite weapons of ZD, 100% worse, to the point I never use one now. Why reinvent the wheel for no good reasons?

Watched Perfume: The Story of a Murderer. Excellent film. Thought we’ve watched it at school during English class, which got confirmed to be false when all the booba started showing up.
They only find W/W relationships hot with the implicit premise (often invoked by male-gazey p*rn) that they can be the third. Actual lesbians who have no interest in Internet Tough Guys? How dare they!

I have accomplished nothing today, but I did watch the Mario movie in english and it’s not half bad, I was actually more annoyed at Cranky’s voice sounding too young than Pratt’s terrible accent. I’d still say Pratt is the weak point but overall enjoyable movie!
I also got a body pillow, so time to look at cringe pillowcases because I might as well go all out :^) And probably some normal ones too
