My only problem with Llanowar is that I was taught how to pronounce it in Welsh and now it feels wrong every time someone says ‘Lan o waar’

So in british english you pronounce it as an L sound, so Llandudno would be ‘Lan-dud-no’, but Ll in Welsh is a very particular back of the throat sound
So it would be something like ‘chlan-var’
