Friend at work was telling me about the Duckshire Puddings that he made.
Get yourself some shredded crispy duck, but drop the pancakes and hoisin sauce - won’t be needing 'em.
Make yourself some homemade yorkshire puds.
Combine, add gravy and spiced wedges.
Enjoy.

Apparently the gravy with the pre-spiced duck goes very well, but I ain’t tried it (yet) to confirm.
You could always trade it out for the hoisin, which would also probably be good.

Thanks but I think I’ll stay over here with my little pile of green beans.
Would probably be my approach. Some thick hoison and plum.
