Ph5 taking too long

Pretty sure everybody is bored from BWL atm. We really need ph5 for some nice fresh content.

I agree, we don’t have enough people to raid anymore even as people got bored and started doing other things. In addition, all corona measures are now being relaxed so people just don’t have any interest in the game anymore. The largest EU servers are also locked so no new people or transfer. I think BLizzard should start doing things soon otherwise half of the guilds are going to disband… It is a sad day for the wow community.

Don’t y’all have a life outside of WoW?

Ok so the game will start to die in phase 5 for real. The game will require some serious time investment and becomes very weird with the extremely powerful gear available for raiders. Phase 5-6 is really not a game for the masses and many many guilds will die and pvp with be craaaaazy.

Well, ā€œdieā€, it will still be super popular.

Im not, and i hope p5 aint before sep. 2020

They are following the vanilla timeline, so im guessing end of July / early August.

Most likely Phase 5 in August and Phase 6 early next year, possibly February. 0 chance of it being December, Blizzard takes the whole month off.

It’s still slightly faster than Vanilla’s timeline, but let’s just say the players are consuming content much quicker than back then…

Nothing is taking too long. What’s the rush?

Classic Phases aren’t late, or early for that matter, Classic Phases arrive precisely when they mean to.

in my opinion, it’s not taking ā€œtoo longā€ unless the majority of your raid team is 100% fully geared with no more items wanted from BWL.

i really dont think that many guilds have had the fortune to be in this position, given that there have only been 18 resets of the dungeon by now.

Exactly this. There are still items that have never dropped in BWL for my guild, and other items that we’ve only seen drop once. People who have been lucky enough to get all their items need to chill. Honestly hoping people like OP get unlucky in AQ with poor drops and then have to watch others ask for Naxx to be released immediately while they’re still just in mostly BWL gear.

Just play some other stuff while doing other things in wow.

Grind cenarion rep, do some pvp, get some gold, level an alt.

There’s plenty to do.

When I feel a bit burnt out of wow stuff, I play other games for a few days whilst only popping on for an hour every day to do auction house stuff and talk to my guildies. Then I get an idea of something to do in wow and I’m back to it :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m currently about to start levelling a hunter, just been preparing by buying some nice levelling items for cheap on the AH etc.

One can only dream. It will make filling in spots with new recruits for the eventual raid burnouts so much quicker.

tbh, no. Play less and enjoy the game ^^. For me it’s already to fast. I can’t even enjoy the loot from the actuall raid and AQ is on his way.

Cant you enjoy it in p5? Its not like someone gonna log on your account and sell your full t2 set. Btw playing less won`t change anything.

As many ppl said to play less etc I gotta be honest and not speaking only for myself but many semi hardcore players.

In this category most players dont wanna hit rank 14 (some go for rank 10). They just clear all raids weekly in like 40mins to 1h per raid farm some gold to increase their stock for AQ and NAXX and do some bgs for fun in the meantime. That doesnt take much time.

Also people act as if launching a new raid means they have to stop doing the old ones. Most guilds are still doing MC for the 1-2 good pieces. Almost all guilds will keep doing BWL aswell because it drops some very good loot. Of course not everybody has DFT or TEAR trinkets but many do and AQ launch wont mean those who dont have them will not get the chance to get them later.

I am not saying we should rush classic IN GENERAL. But AQ and NAXX patches could come a little sooner BUT LASTING more than in the original timeline. I would personally like NAXX to last at least 6 months before moving on to whatever we move on later from classic.

you still gonna do mc and bwl for certain items even when aq is out so none of your loot will be made useless like in retail wow. nothing to lose just more content to gain while also having the other raids.
