AQ will probably arrive in late July or August. Not because someone is missing a BiS item from Rag or Nef, but because that’s what the timeline was for Vanilla. There’s no need to be salty.

Nobody is bored from doing BWL.
Pretty much nobody except few lucky ppl have full T2 and BIS although we have been raiding every week since BWL and ZG launch.
I want Blizzard to stick to the original length of time for release of content patches.
If we wanted fast and garbage content we’d play Refail.
If you are too bored of BWL here’s what you should do: Quit WoW and go out and let us enthusiasts enjoy our game.

What’s preventing you from currently liking it? lol.
You can’t expect phases to last 1 year a time for instance.
My guild’s ready to go as we’re getting several people getting burned out from just doing BWL 20 weeks in a row.
Nothing will prevent us from doing BWL/MC though.
I’m not using T2.5 for instance, so my priests will still need T2 etc… unless they’re planning on using all the non tier set pieces and missing out on the 3/8 bonus.
I think you might want to check your dates again, cause those dates are not correct, WoW was released 7th november 2004 in the US which set us at 8 months from release until BWL
However, blizzard seems to be going more from the EU release, which was in February 11th 2005, which is 5 months, which set bwl to be released 2 weeks slower than back in vanilla.
No, we are not bored. The only players that are bored are casual who don’t do World Boss, don’t farm Silithus reputation, don’t really like the game, and login only for raids 
.

Blizzard please give us AQ now, this is what happens when you can’t tweak the difficulty, even private servers did a better job!
I’ve two 60s, only one I raid on. Finally getting close to WSG/AB exalted. Got R9 for TBC title.
To do list: get more than 200g in my pockets. Another 60 to do Scepter chain on. CC rep; also want to summon at least 3 Lords. NR gear. Play my 20ish alt with friends. Timbermaw/AD exalted may not even happen.
50-60 hours weekly playtime.
“Nothing to do”.

Let’s be honest, people have progressed much faster compared to Vanilla. It took a few months for the first Nefarian kill in Vanilla, the average player had BWL cleared in 1-3 weeks. On top of that, people played a lot more during the Corona lockdown. It makes abasolute sense to release Phase 5 earlier than it was released in Vanilla.

I wouldnt mind getting AQ asap either, but that doesnt mean we should rush it.
Blizzard have done this for 15 years now, they have trough numerous research on releases, discovered that 5-6 months between tiers is what pleases the the most players-
they dont care if a few people are impatient, cause there are people in the other end that thinks that its too fast. but 5-6 months is the middle ground that most people are OK with.
Yes we are clearing the raids faster, we already knew that we would, level up, gear up some alts while you wait. or play something else on the side

I think you just misunderstood what the wiki said, wowwiki says that the patch that released in december 2004 was the eu release patch. And that is correct. Just that the eu servers didnt open until february.

Nobody mentioned but i am worried about Shadowlands. Normally Bliz release expansions on late Aug or Sept. If AQ is not announced right now we are are in deep deep problems. They should at least announce in 2 weeks. Then Bliz should assume event would take like 3-5 weeks. And that brings us to possible SL release period. And Bliz would never release AQ simultaneously with SL. I am affraid they announce AQ right now or we get stuck in BWL till October. Lets be honest - 95% of players want AQ now. I am not goinng to practice BWL for another 3 months even i need loot from there.
