Why does the alliance have to be weak if the horde is weak exactly? To make it fair?

The world is never fairā¦ and nobody said they have to make it fair. Having an all innocent side who canāt commit anything bad is just as bland as having an all time scapegoat faction.
They could do internal conflict with the light cult and the void creeps, would be fun. Iād have popcorn to see who wins and how they would destroy the world
Look I just want to play the ultra gothy forsaken and I have to be Horde to do it.
So its aesthetics for me.
The irony of me posting this from a blood elf is not lost on me BUT, I was undead all the way up until the dark ranger customisation.

nah see weād never win against Stormwind since they have human potential ā¢ but no one cares about the dwarves so it will be an easy win
Honestly, this is more of a philosophical discussion to me, i can accept that a story wonāt always make total sense in order to have an actual story.
Alliance getting a massive bonus in warmode compared to horde cuz they keep getting owned in pvp in previous expacs to the point no one played so they gotta toss them a massive bonus.
All i am seeing is a skill issue and alliance cope.

reminder horde and alliance are not at war, so by killing horde you are simply committing murder with bias.

The Dwarves are literally the greatest race on Azeroth. Just think about it. All the other races lost their capital at some point or it was heavily damaged.
Ironforge was NEVER conquered. It is the MIGHT OF THE MOUNTAIN.

This is why I see the horde to be more diverse, because they are. Sadly there are so many changes in the lore and everything itās extremely hard to make a conclusion what is what.
