just give +20% mins pentaly for Join as group, maybe it will rise chance for pug vs pug.

Yes Blizzard must fix this. Its quite obvious that gameplay has changed since 2005. A few premades came here and there back then and that was fine. But Classic is something else, meeting a premade 9/10 times as a pug is disfunctional.
