Problem following the PvP Rank Bug

Hi there,

i probably posted my old topic in the wrong subforum as i wanted to open it in customer support.

I’m adressing the issue that my pvp rank wasn’t updated last tuesday as it was supposed to happen. You guys fixed this issue this wednesday morning.
Since i didnt rank up to R11 on tuesday i wasn’t able to buy the PvP mounts with gold which would save me a lot of trouble.

Is there anything planned to compensate the bug-ridden players?

Hi Blizzard, following the bug with the missing PvP Rank update you guys discovered a few days ago i’d like to ask if there is something planned to compensate these players which weren’t able to purchase the items for their newest rank? You are not the only one with a problem like this. Not only are there people that did not get their ranks updated after the last calculation right before prepatch, but there are people that have their ranking screwed in classic era. It has not updated at all and for some, their rank progress went down, even tho they got a standing and bracket that would gain them ranking progress.

Blizzard does not care about the PVP side of classic wow.
