Yeah, like its not a concept I’m super into but I really don’t get why people are freaking out over this fairly unimportant goofy dungeon boss.
I’ll take a single infinite pirate dragon over Rambo Keeshan, Indiana Uldum and the Temple of N#zis or CSI Westfall any day.
The Brokers more like The Poachers.
So, we all just agree, once its over, to treat SL as a bad and traumatic fever dream that was N’Zoths last middle finger, and never speak of it again, right?
I liked the Uldum storyline. Obviously it was a shameless Indiana Jones rip-off but it was established in a quirky way and Schnotz was comically goofy.
Nope. I’m going to use it to make up one of the other infinite afterlife planes, that apparently weren’t good enough to have Eternal Ones attached.
So the in Jailer’s Assault on Ardenweald scenario where Sylvanas is involved, Tyrande shows up to finish up the Banshee Queen right then and there.
However the OUTSTANDING writing of Danuser&co decided that the High Priestess of Elune, hellbent on destroying her one target and getting revenge for the Kaldorei who perished in Teldrassil is held back (details are still iffy) by Anduin from killing Sylvanas.
Afterwards, it seems the overwhelming power boost of the Night Warrior is too much for her and she gets forced into sleep… Literally.
Rubs forehead
If you wanted your future chasm or fracture between the members of the Alliance… This was the place to bank on it. Have Tyrande kill Anduin (for good) since he was in her way to her vengeance from the start in 8.2 to now, heck you could have even made it MoRaLLy GrEy by having her hesitate and Anduin briefly breaking the Jailer’s control and have her giving him his Arthasian “Is it over?” but still failing to kill Sylvanas.
I came up with this while cooking for the love of Metzen. Who are these people in charge of the writing? Who the f thought it was the greatest idea to have Tyrande thwarted by Anduin and then be sent in cryogenic sleep because of a “Power overwhelming!” idea? Not even making her present in the Jailer’s raid is just insulting.
Imma go place another coin in the “Nelf Posters are right.” Jar.
nelfoids owned again
all is sacrificed on the altar of sylvanas’ character
sad
Danuser, contriving a reason as to why the character that wants to kill his waifu must not be present for the stunning raid finale involving his waifu
We did the same to Garrosh but then he beat the crap out of the player when we confronted him in Nagrand to the point Thrall had to save us through a very convoluted deus ex makgora.
I knew about the scenario in Ardenweald, but I didn’t know it ended with Tyrande being forced into some sort of dumb coma. She isn’t even going to be in the raid? Is this for real?
Incredible. Absolutely incredible. I bet we just get yet another facefull of Jaina being an OP Mary Sue as per usual. She’s really great at being in scenarios where Tyrande should be instead.
Why does Danuser hate Kaldorei so much? This man’s “writing” (if you can even call it that) is so unsubtle it’s insane.
We don’t know, but that’ll likely be the case seeing as Jaina and Thrall are already there and she’s conveniently put to sleep in the buildup…
nelfposters are mean about the love of his life
Night elf players are the most endangered and discriminated people group
the weirdposters are here to argue that the bad story is good, actually,
Is your only vested interest in WoW’s story at this point how great it is that it’ll be bad because that’ll epically own the [people of choice you don’t like] or
maybe it’s not that they hate nelves they just really love jaina
this tbh
Wait but Anduin is still wearing Wallace’s Wrong Trousers. Of course he would stop Tyrande; he’s on the Jailer’s side.
telaryn whenever someone mentions saurfang (or any orc) negatively: capcom plant raging
telaryn whenever nelfposters complain: capcom plant being cute and innocent
