being a community creation does not mean it’s good, and the queerphobic ways of johnny awesome’s depiction (not all of them) should’ve absolutely been stemmed not reinforced by blizzard, especially in several other ‘haha belf men = women’ jokes present elsewhere in the game
The OG gnomecorder stuff was great because it was just a gnome’s scheme to get you to brew moonshine for him under the pretense of furthering gnomish tech.

This is what I hate about these devs. This achievement was absolutely asinine in BfA, many people complained about it day and night, only for their cries to be shouted out into the void. And for the first 9 months of SL it was even worse presuming absolutely nobody was doing Mechagon content. Yet, only now do they decide to make it easier.
I’m not sure why they didn’t just do this at the end of BfA but whatever. Blizzard is Blizzard I guess.
GW simply isn’t on their radar, they’re frankly a nobody company to Acti-Blizz, who could simply swat away any suit GW puts forward. And Greenskin isn’t a copyrighted, or copyrightable, term.
You’re free to believe that but Blizzard has history with them over the Starcraft kerfuffle and GW is infamously one of the worst, self destructively litigious companies on the planet.
yeah we know we talked about this earlier and all of us pointed out that GW going after Blizzard over this would be like an ant standing up to an elephant. They have lost the case, and it’s a different beast entirely for them to bully individual youtube content creators, than to stand up to a multi billion dollar business with multiple connections across government and other industries.
it is just a rly weak smokebomb from peanutbrained wowheaders, nothing more to it.
i am happy for the LFD, still hoping for new Allied Races after Shadowlands (like Hozen, Jinyu, Oger, Arrakoa, Sethrak and Mogu)
But i do wonder if we get 9.1.5 in November…soon the last Renown Tier is there…and then what?
