I think as far as I’m concerned, Legion was the end of the Warcraft story.
Outside of the faction conflict, every story is concluded by the death of Sargeras from the actual stories set up in WC3 without needing to retcon ideas to make a non-entity of a big enemy feel threatening.

Yer ill-begotten anima, obtained by puttin’ yer own greed afore the health o’ Azeroth, I shall have it, sigils an’ all!”

The Argent Crusade definitely still exists — it’s involved in the 9.0 Scourge invasion pre-patch event.
Does Zovaal even have these parts, though? It’s not like his creators (the First Ones) would deem him to have the need for them.
