PTR Spoiler/Discussion Thread (Part 1)

A cosmos divided? What he wanted to unite the Void, Light, Life, Order, Death, Disorder etc against something?

As you saw, ICC leads underground and dug deep enough to get Azerite.

Next expac is clearly underground, in Azeroth

That was the Forge of Souls dungeon from Wrath of the Lich King. We knew it was beneath Icecrown.

Here’s my response.

Yes, but deep enough to extract Azerite?

Meh.

I did think it was cool to see the Icecrown soul engines repurposed to work that way however.

It should have been an interactive scenario somewhere down the storyline, not a few seconds in a prequel to a lacklustre cinematic.

Well I’m neither impressed or particularly dissapointed.

However, my only peeve is the semi-cryptic statement he makes at the end. As if now he had a sympathetic goal that is about as vague as his own motivations. Seriously, Zovaal’s goal at this point is just a childish “I wanna be the boss of everyone.”

Not only that… I can’t take cosmic threats seriously since we just defeated one… Again. Blizzard’s writers need to understand that Wow ain’t DBZ and never will when you murder hobo your way through all of them.

The real Moleman behind/underneath it all:

A lot of things arguably should have been. As things stand, I’ll take what joy I can in what is.

I commend you for finding any joy in it at all. I’m out of copium, hopium, and sooner or later out of cash-for-subscription-ium.

It’s already in Teseiri’s post.

Well to be fair I’d have to scroll all the way back up to see that.
