Takes way longer than 2 hours for some, I spend a few days capping for pvp. But only 1 dung to get 475
I spend so long in pvp capping I still don’t have the 2.4 for the 475. To get 475 is sooooooooooooo easy in pve, the highest ilvl pve item is handed to you once a week for free.

So, I just finished a +15 Freehold key during tyrannical affix week for my weekly chest. It was the first time I ever stepped into that dungeon, we got a 2 chest and I didn’t even die once.

You should try when the S4 was fresh to do a +15 in time without dying once and specially without knowing the mechanics…
This is seriously outgeared content, its not hard even for you to understand it

From what you stated above, you got seriously carried to your +15.
The same can happen in pvp though if two good dps carry a healer.

i completely have skiped the whole pve since bc and had rly good ratings, 1 time even took the glad title. But now without pve i believe it will be hard even take 1900. So yes, it has never been so. If people think things now are the same as previous addons, i don’t know what to say, they do not understand anything.

Since a druid also seems to have quoted me whilst appearing to misunderstand my message I will word it like this:

I have pvp’d on and off since vanilla and this is the only expansion ever I have HAD to PvE to gear my character. Ever. I didn’t in TBC, MoP, Legion, WoD. Some pve items gave you an advantage in the past, fine, but you have never HAD to do it and now you do.

So I guess what I was trying to say is, yes I expect to be able to skip the entirety of PvE and still be able to PvP.

Not really because as you stated you got carried by op class to a party that new what it was doing.
The chances for this to happen in pvp are minimal to zero because there you loose rating if you fail, if you fail a M+ you dont loose anything.

Also at this point i have to let you that you whine over nothing because hardly anything is an upgrade at this point.

Dont worry, you will get over it as you got over the “NERF MONK” demands of yours. Just get carried and be happy about it instead of whining about it.

It is tho. We are a super casual guild that semi pugged our way to 8/12 Mythic.

Its not even remotely close to the same level as reaching 2.4.

You didnt read all my post as i support PvP gear better rewards i was just saying that a 15 in 470 gear would be a breeze for him/her nice to cherry pick posts though isnt it.

Gz on your boost, however unlike PVP the difficulty of a 15 is dependent on when you’re doing it. At the start of a patch cycle, getting a 15 is very challenging, cause you don’t have gear but later, especially at the end of an expansion, where gear doesn’t even matter anymore, then yes is much easier.

A +15 is easy no matter the gear, you can jump around and heal without knowing mechanics at 465ilvl aswell lmao

And btw, I heal in full versa pvp gear, so my gear is technically equivalent to a 465ilvl druid with the right m+ stats.

A 15 now is like a 10 or even worst when S4 launched.
We didnt have corruptions, we did not have ilvl and everything was hitting like a truck. This is outgeared content…

Your opspec carried you because people wanna have rdruid/pala, otherwise you would get declines even with 2k+ rio.
The same thing can happen in pvp as well, a healer can be carried by 2 good rated dps.

I dont think so buddy, and if you go and say that you can get boosted by two R1 players to get elite chest every week then i can asure you, that it will cost you 10 times more than a stupid 15 chest. Simply because its way…way fkin harder.

You cant outgear it, you cant wait for easy week or easy afixes, you cant just roll fotm offspec and go (well technicaly you can, but you will still need basic knowledge of rated pvp to have even slight chance for 2.4)…2.2-2.3 bracket atm is filled with r1 and multiglads that farming echoes.

Its not even remotely close, idk whats this debate is even about…

and i think they did separated the problem is some pvp people like to pve, so they would have to double grind to do content, pvp and pve now is a choice always open no matter what you spend time doing in game.

Most people will have different gear sets for pvp and pve. So no, it didn’t stop that grind.

And no, eventually, when you start facing opponents on your own skill level, you will need those pve gear pieces in pvp so it’s not really a choice either.
