How do bgs work in TBC? I forgot. Is it not premades vs pugs then?
I think the whole premades stomping pugs has killed pvp at 60, a lot less people are doing bgs than in vanilla.

I was thinkinig about arena , you will have premades but there is no real reward from bgs when you compare to arena so all or most competitive players will go to arena , problem in classic is that you mix competitive and casual players across the board so you have no integrity

The forum rank is tied to a character and not to an account. So if you ever want to reach the rank where you can post images etc you better stick to one character. I don’t think you knew that, but now you do.

My main reason to play classic is to play bg’s. I do raids as well, so dealing with organized raids every day with discord and what not is too much. Bg’s for me has always been about having fun while Chilli’n with music while pvping.
I can’t see any reason why not to make PREMADE VS PREMADE and pug VS pug. Then all parts get what they want, and not only the premaders.
The premaders want fun with organizing teams and fighting other organized teams for the challenge, right? And we “chillers” can have a bit more casual fun.
In this way all will get what they want, right?
Dude, it’s a grind based reward system. If you cap the rewards in the pug vs pug version or remove them completely I have no issues with that. But you basically want to punish premades for playing group pvp content in a group so that you can chill while grinding easy pvp gear. Or am I wrong and you don’t want pvp rewards in pug vs pug?

That’s a Straw Man comment. hardly anyone play premades for the challenge or anything like that. They do it for the rewards. The put in the extra work to form a group and play group pvp content to grind the rank rewards.
I am all for that. But how do you do that in a grind based reward system?
That could simply be solved for making premade queue winner gets 1k bonus honor loser gets 300 bonus honor per match. Pug Vs pug no bonus honor there you go. Casuals can still rank and premade rankers can rank faster than puggers.
Both can play the game and puggers won’t have to face miserable unfair odds
