PvP Weekly Honor Calculations Date and Time

It doesn’t matter who farmed the most honor, it matters we all got screwed. I did 268k, I didn’t get screwed as hard as someone going for Rank 14 but it was still more PvP in a short period than I have ever done in my life, I didn’t work so that I could do it.

I knew I was running out of time in Classic but I thought “It’s now or never” and I had a small window of opportunity where I could afford to no-life in WoW during these weeks. It was a massive undertaking to try to fit life around it for even just a couple weeks. Having that time wasted is extremely demoralizing and disappointing, because it really just sours the memory.

All said and done I did enjoy the process and met a lot of the same faces along the way and it was cool as hell, but it’s not something I’ll likely ever have time for again in my life. I earned my rewards and I want them as a good memory, not this huge disappointment.

It doesn’t matter who farmed what (and I say this as a person with standing 1 on the server) - we all got official confirmation from Blizzard that the honour will be counted towards our rank progress and we all expected them to keep their word. Something happened, an obvious bug, and this topic exist only to show Blizzard that we care and hopefully make them take corrective action, so let’s focus on that. After all some people got their ranks/gear, we didn’t.

Maybe we should make a new thread with a headline there is more specific to our problem ?.

We cant let this go, we have to push on this, i’m so mad about this that i’m about to quit the game for good if they dont fix it

this thread has been linked to our tickets and shared on twitter where a CM has acknowledged it - only my opinion, but I think at this point there is zero chance they haven’t seen this and had a read through, I could be wrong of course

Im quite sure they are fully aware, unless they all went on vacation. There is multiple threads which reflects on the same issue. They even replied on twitter: “Please allow up to 24 hours and if there is still no change, please submit it as a bug”. Something like that.

This is currently one of the most popular & highest responded-to topics on the forum. I am sure Blizzard’s community managers are already aware that something is happening and are passing the info using their company’s procedures. Let’s keep it up and keep pumping, the more buzz we make the better and the harder it’s going to be to ignore us. Tag them on social media and so on.

I think most people would be fine with “we are aware and working on a fix” but we cant even get that…

My rank was not updated till the servers were down for the prepatch and era realms.
I coudn´t buy my rank 10 Items!
My friend, who i was ranking with, got his rank updated and he was able to buy his Items.
My Rank was not updated!

All i want is to buy my Rank 10 Items with Gold and not with the tokens!
Same as my friend was able to.

As now, I am Rank 10 on Era Server, but i am Rank 9 on TBC Prepatch Servers.
Thats clearly an issue!

My classic Era chars got my desired Rank 10, my TBC character only has the rank 8 title. Snapshot did not include latest week honor calculations!

I really hope we get a blue post regarding this issue soon, i am getting scared that we will never even get our titles on TBC at all…

Will they ever respond? Ffs it took them 1h to kill fun and its been 10h since this storm started and still no blue post. Just let me play tbc. I wont touch wotlk because they gonna screw it up anyway, retail is doomed for me too I just want to play tbc and stay there. Nothing more.

I have 2 accounts. I grinded for some titles on both, alliance and horde. Neither alliance nor horde got anything. 24 hours did already pass so…

gotta vomit soon, realising I wasted all my time for nothing last week(?!) and no blue is replying at all. this wasnt always like this. :frowning:

Atleast some of you had your classic characters update mine stilll hasn’t moved 1% :cry:

I think Blizzard posted on Twitter that they are aware and we should wait 24 hours, giving them some time. But come on… shouldn’t they post it on their own Forum or at least on their very own Launcher? /bump

I just had a message from a GM on my third attempt with my ticket. He said 'this is the first step to having these bugs squished’ and ‘As a note I also submitted the exact same bug report myself, so hopefully more eyes will be on this now’

So, he has acknowledged that he thinks its a bug which is a start, and he’s also submitted a bug report. Feels like this is a start at least, and hopefully if we keep this thread going we can start to see more traction and hopefully soon some public communications to the players. Fingers crossed.

I understand that there is a bit of a discrepancy with your Rank.

After taking a dive into our reports, I wasn’t able to find any verified issues or bugs with this. While I’m afraid that we cannot manually adjust the rank/provide items or anything like that, I made a report just in case. Specialist Game Master Adhaglaudock here, at your service. Thank you for bearing with us while we address this. I see you are reporting that your rank didn’t update. I can certainly see how this would put a hamper on your game play.

I have forwarded your information on to our Quality Assurance team to review so we can work on getting this fixed. They will dig into this and see how quickly they can get a hotfix out if they can verify this bug. At this time we’re unable to assist with this though and I’m sure you’re wondering why. Game Masters have a wide range of powers they cause but are also limited by the cosmic powers that be. Even though we’d love to help out we are unable to because we don’t have a way to verify this in our logs. While I wish there was something I was able to work through for you on my side we are going to have to wait until this is addressed by our Quality Assurance team.

We would love it if you submitted a bug report as well. This increases the awareness of the issue and helps show how impactful it is. You can submit this in game to send it directly to our developers. You can also submit this through the forums, and if anyone else is experiencing this they can chime in as well. That’s a great way to show how many players this is impacting!
