Not receiving the expected rating and titles on your BCC-clone can be pretty frustrating, so it’s understandable to get in touch with us about it.
We actually have already received similar reports of this happening and our developers are currently investigating these. Sadly, we Game Masters are not able to provide any kind of manual compensation at this time, as much as I would have loved to help you out there.
However, I can’t predict when a possible solution may be found, as we always have to make sure that the fix for one problem doesn’t produce another one.

Thats the response i got after 24h. seems like they expect us to just get over with it over some time and thats it, GMs dont have any power right now to grant any stuff nowdays.
We can’t allow them to get through with that can we? I wanted to give up here. Let’s bump and push this thread again. They shouldn’t be allowed to act like nothing went wrong. We farmed for hours, for days.

I agree, no way in hell am i gonna be silent bout this, they gave us false hope, they made us believe if we push ourselves 1 more week we can achieve what we desired and proudly advance in TBC… but they failed to hold their words. And now, we gotta accept it and move on? Why should we? If they can’t hold their words for something like this what guarantee do we have they won’t repeat this mistake again. We demand an answer or, in the very least, an apology, to cool our minds.

The best place to put bug reports are from within the game. Customer Service doesn’t have the know-how or the tools to verify or fix bugs. Please go ahead and make a report with the bottom steps. When you place in a bug report from your character, the developers get a ton of info to work with:

Click “Submit feedback or bug report”
Enter the details of the bug.
Click Submit
Thank you for being patient while this is being investigated by the WoW Team. I can understand this does not resolve the issue right away, but we want to have the developers investigate and make the next call if something is bugged or not. These reports do not get replied to as the developers are busy working and don’t have the moment to reply to the thousands of contacts they get.

As far as I know Blizzard is already aware of it but they aren’t giving any Blue post about it. I think its listed already in known bugs so the Devs know about it.
I am sure they knows about it, but we all want to push this till this is solved and that this will get a higher priority maybe. So please all, submit a bug report.

I’ve had an answer to my ticket I submitted yesterday saying the following:
"Thank you for contacting us back today. We do have some internal reports already being investigated on this and are currently gathering examples so I will be sure to get this added to the tracking."
I sure do hope they come up with a patch/hotfix for this soon.
As much i want to play TBC, its a tough decision for me.
All the rush with the prepatch/releasedate, the honornerf in prepatch, the bugged ranks, not able to purchase pvp mounts with my rank, makes me want to cancel my subscription.
I really hope they are willing (and able) to fix this and provide a satisfying solution for everyone.
I just read the bug forum and saw an 8d old comment from blizzstaff concerning rank not updating (it seems that this error also happened during classic).
As it is the only comment i saw from blizzstaff in the forum i answered with our problem and asked him to adress this problem to the dev-team.
