Kaivax, as community manager, please, get in touch with the dev team and bring this issue to their attention. Words cannot even begin to describe how unjust it feels.
I have ticket that I reopened as the GM wanted me to submit a bug report as there was, but I requested that it stay open. I will also submit a bug report. Friend has just said that in Classic the ranks have updated, but for him it hasn’t reflected in TBC either
edit Honorable Kills are correct in the PvP Tab and have taken into account last weeks
I had to pick Burning Crusade Classic to see it, in hope that i made it… and i didn’t… i’m still Rank11 99%… i feel so betrayed. I refuse to play this game any longer, i waisted so much time just to get tricked in the end? This game ain’t worth my time, i leave this game, peace out guys, i’m outta here.
Im not gonna quit, but i agree, its the worst i have experienced since i started playing WoW in late 2007…
How is it possible, that some got their rank, and some didn’t? This does not make any sense. We demand answers. What the heck is going on here?
Edit: Opened a ticket and asked the Support on Twitter. Maybe this way, I’ll get some answers…
Just for general info. i pay for that clone service.
TBC server im stuck with R10 while i was supposed to get R11 like many other people.
Classic server same char as above after unlocking my clone. im R11.

It’s not surprising when some people were getting their ranks updated 30 seconds before the servers went down. Blizzard ran out of time in the middle of doing it and went ahead anyway.
This is truly upsetting Blizzard, but I’m sure you will find a way to compensate us players who pay the same amount of fee for this game but apparently don’t get the same prerequisites/conditions in the game as people on other servers or on the same server but that was luckier and got their update of rank and to go buy rewards. I feel like when you promise a customer a product you need to deliver and if you fail, you need to compensate. It is absolutely unacceptable that some people got it and others didn’t.

But who in his right mind would say: “Ah, some ranks didn’t update. Fk it, gonna go ahead anyways. Hope they don’t notice anything”. This is madness

Well I am sure they can check both chars (vanilla and tbc) and if vanilla has 1+ ranks more they might manually grant them on tbc since its proof. Goodluck to all of you.
But how can I check that? I mean I am not going to throw more money at them. I don’t know if I have R5 on Classic Era. I should be R5 right now, but I already have chosen TBC for my Character and there I am still R3…
I had a response from Blizzard. They confirmed multiple reports of the problem but then they told me to wait 24hours for the honor to update. Do they not realise they deleted the honor system from the game?
The incompetence is excruciating.
Yikes. Let’s hope for the best I guess. Will update here aswell, when I get an answer on my ticket…

Every week the same shish with the honor calculation… FIX IT - I wanna have the same Rank in TBC as in Era.
