Raider.io Should be broken if it continues charging players for fast updating

Because someone with a subjective low score is not allowed to have an opinion?

What has that to do with this thread? Absolutely nothing. Save the ad hominem.

And for players trying to get lots of dungeons done, and progress fast, going up in keystones as they gear, then fast score updating is important.

actually it says “update character now”, not update score. It’s kinda clear their talking about the full page.
and the next step is

"Become a Patron and Get Rewarded!

Browse Raider.IO AD-FREE!
Update faster with elevated queue priority
Help us cover existing significant server costs
... and much more"

update faster is not talking about the score, and it’s not even the first choice.
and when you go further to become a patron, there is the full list of benefit for each tier.

i don’t really see any false advertisement here.

I don’t want to lose my faster queue for updating my profile or my guild profile. Or our members list or any of those other things.

I did listen I do not aggree on what you said, becuse of how it is written it doesnt say what goes faster at all, that is what I wanted to se.

What patreon description says is “Queue priority elevated above $level_name$ level”, that’s it. You get a higher initial position => it will finish faster (but the last part is pure logic not something advertised).

Since they didn’t do that in almost a year, your arguments are invalid.

Has everything to do with it since you’re still convinced that a fast score update is important for people who want to progress.
Do you know who the scoring works? Can you explain it to us?

The score updates fast regardless of premium. 30 mins to an hour for all users.

no it doesnt I never said it does, thing is people do not understand it, I didnt understand it I also assumed it was everything, and that is why I said false advertising, what it sort of is still.

they should just write it update your profile faster, and put in a msg saying how long it can take to update the M+ score, that is all, then all should be happy.

Yet the second you log out it is update in the WOW armory; and I have waited up to 11 hours for it to update on RIO while having a premium advert for faster que times pushed in my face.

The profile is updated faster, you can queue it up.

This does not affect your mythic plus score or a run appearing. That is not part of your profile and the addon updates the data overnight. Providing you actually update your addons every day.

1) Our Crawlers May Not Have Scanned Your Run Yet

Our Crawlers are continually scouring for newly completed Mythic Keystone runs. However, this is certainly not an instantaneous process, so if you have just recently completed a run you will need to first wait for Blizzard to show your run on your armory page (usually takes about 30 minutes to an hour), and then wait for our crawlers to detect the new run.

1. Your Run May Not Be Your Highest Scoring Run

By default, your character profile page shows only your highest scoring runs. However, you can click an individual dungeon from the table to see all of your recorded runs for that dungeon:

No my main is none of your business, and yes it is important for progression. When I’m off for a day I could play WOW for 15 or 16 hours all concentrated on competitive progression. Right now that means M+, I am sure many others progress similarly.

And no if something can be gotten in game today by working for it, I will get it, I’m not the kind to wait three months to get it.

Seriously? The higher the key, the faster the time, the higher the score. You really are scraping the bottom of the barrel with the ad hominem attacks now.

this is the part that I feel should be shown when you update your profile, and not only under Q&A, not that long but to let people se it more clearly, not everyone reads Q&A at all, becuse they should not need to, put that there and everything rocks, offcourse doesnt need to be that much text just something like can take up to 1hour for M+ score to update, and there is no problems, otherwise we gona se this things pop up again and again, and it is not needed.

I already pointed out that in my experience you wow armory page updates almost instantly when you log out your character.

Seriously do you think I have a low IQ or something, I’m well aware that only improved runs appear on your score. But keep on defending charging money to players by a third party website.

But it does say…

It says elevated queue priority, so instead of being 500/3000 you get the opportunity to be 100/3000 instead.

It changes nothing with the in game addon though which updates every day or 12 hours or what ever it is.

That means that every update to the addon database is the same for every single user of that addon. the update on the site may be faster but that’s all.

I can’t say most people would want FAQs on their profile page. The information is readily available to all. Blizzard has lots of FAQs they don’t post them on every bit of your armoury page. It would be a huge mess.

Anyone who is having problems will usually go and seek data or come here and ask and we point stuff out on the forums.

We are generally quite a helpful lot.

yes but people do not understand it, I didnt understand it until I read the answers here, and that is the problem, people assume it updates everything faster, what it doesnt do.

That queue updates your profile though.

Whatever run you do shows up on your profile page regardless of you pulling an update or not. You can literally sit on your profile page and hit F5 constantly and it will appear. No queuing required.

But it says nothing about updating the addon database faster…It’s not mentioned in any way shape or form in any language…

I don’t understand where the confusion comes from.
