No. also I don’t get it why a retail player would complain about classic.
Yes, it was on purpose, there was even a post about it. In short, even the modern game batches abilities, but it is done at much much shorter intervals. What they did in Classic was simply increase these intervals (so it’s basically a retrofit). I don’t like them Even though they actually benefit my class quite well, they take away enjoyment.
huh ?
No, and now I have double lag. The Blizzard implemented lag, and the connexion based one. Shopping ingame is real hard. I have to count not to buy too many or too few, and often as ot all items reach my inventory. Please remove this, it’s stupid and leaves people with not optimum connexions even more hampered.
Macros do perform more than one action mate. The GCD is just less consistent in Classic.
Would you want class changes? If yes, you get to support leeway removal. If not, tough luck.
I think folk used scripting in Vanilla - which ran the macro at the server end - so the batching delays were less pronounced?
But that’s not there any more
It is what it is - it can be annoying interacting with vendors - looting - casting instant spells
But it doesn’t remove any enjoyment from the game
The vanilla API is the only thing really missing from Classic. They did it for security reasons and because of the client back end, but I do see your point.
This is the one thing about this debate I cant actually speak on, because I dont actually remember the vanilla API.
maybe for you, but for a lot of others it does.
For me it certainly increases frustration when you FD or aggro and the mobs react 1.5 seconds after it instead of directly
Calls someone retarded, then flags them for being toxic.
Wow.
Melee leeway and spell batching shoud go burn in hell.
We are not playing on Celeron CPUs with linen cords for internet connections.
