i do alot of shuffle and i cannot type anyting or i get reported !this is an mmo i need freedom of speach here when i do not use bad words i choud not recieve a warning from blizzard !! and i tink many people tink like that so tink again of this system becouse its realy enoying

There is no such thing as freedom of speech at private property.
Harassing others can be and will be reported by your peers. If you got nothing nice or constructive to say, then donāt say it.

Idk, depends on what It is being said, if its blatant bad mouthing, or anything along those general lines. Then sure, get reported. But sadly we have no power here, if you run your gob even if your spitting hard facts, you will get slapped harder sometimes than the genuine offenders, because of how the automated system works.
Cause we live in a society where we have to cater for everyone, even the people paying to progress in a competitive bracket/game mode but canāt hold their own weight or throw punches above their own belt. Between that and the people throwing games for the sake of it, and win trading.
dude i see streamers just report everyone for fun and im sure they are not the only one

What they do is of no concern to you. False reports are discarded and the reported player will not even notice it.
If someone speeds, do you speed too? No right?
Only report when necessary and donāt do what others do. If they report frivously āfor funā or harmfully they may get a GM ātalkā or penalty if its warranted.

Theres alot of things you can say that isnt negative.
If you feel whatever you say isnt doing anything, then just dont say anything. You are not forced to write.

im sure thats offending for someone sometimes in shuffle ā¦ but i gues the mute addon is the only way
If you feel so scared that anything you say will get you suspended and you have no way to do anything about it or want to do anything about it.
Then sure, just disable chat permanently and you will be fine.
The automatic system might not be the best, but it feels weird when ppl tend to spam that they got it āfor no reasonā when it needs to be quite some ppl who actually report for that to happen. Atleast to my knowledge.

Like I said, if you are scared, just dont write. Noone is telling you that you have to anyway =p

False or not, once report counter reaches a certain threshold, the person gets automatically punished.
They may get squelched temporarily until a GM reviews for a definite penalty or overturn yes if they get reported in a short amount of time. This is not considered a āwrittenā penalty record.

Iām in agreement that unfair restrictions are unwarranted (from false reports).
But the bar for actual inappropriate reporting is very high, Blizzard must have evidence of them doing this. This can be in the form of: Them saying this at any Blizzard platform or at the stream itself.
The latter must be provided as proof in a harassment ticket if theyāre being targeted. It may not be used as direct proof to take action but if used in conjunction with previous unfair (targeted) reporting GMās can and will take action.
Several high profile streamers were penalised this way, and even then too short for my liking.
Such as the āreport me to test out the report functionā was deemed inappropriate use of reporting and wasting GM time and got a certain ābig wow streamerā penalised. He then spun it ofcourse for his own content shake my head.

I kinda feel that people who do it knowingly to get a reaction should get punished harder.
But I see the mass report automatic suspension part as a āsafety measureā incase the person will continue doing what he got reported for.
Obviously trolls who do inappropriate use of report for this case should be hard punished for abusing/exploiting the system in such a way that they get āa laughā out of it.
But theres also alot of ppl who ādowntalkā what they did to try to get sympathy out of ppl while in reality the suspension/punishment were rightfully served.
Remove solo shuffle out of the Game, and the Game is fixed

This question was raised by the Community Council which was discovered to be an action taken roughly 3 years ago.
Without additional info or an official Blizzard post there isnāt sufficient information to determine whether if that was the original name penalised, another name since half of the mail is missing or other relevant factors leading to such speculation.
Its not fixed even if you would remove a mode that more ppl play.
Solo shuffle is not the reason why people are toxic to begin with and get reported.
Peoples mentality is the sole reason for it. The game do not write what you say for you, you do it on your own. Ive seen toxicity in m+, raids, world pvp, bgs, arenas.
People are just more willing to blame other players for them loosing in RSS and get frustrated enough to feel justification to write whatever they want.
But people are willing to believe whatever anyone says because they have issues with blizz to begin with.
Majority of times in my experience ppl do not want to be honest for these kinds of situations.
ehh, but it supports people beeing Toxic, in Lfg they leave most likely instant instead of flaming the mate, but in Solo shuffle you have to stick with the Guy in 3-4 Games
Solo shuffle wouldnt be as Toxic as it is right now, if u have only 1-2 Games instead 6 Games
The peoples (not me) in Savix chat Asked for Solo que, Shuffle ist not Solo Que, in Solo Que u get rnd team mates, u try to win, like a Normal 3v3 Game
also it have less Que time, i think the Long Que time is also a reason why Peoples getting āFasterā Toxic, i dont want to deffend them, but imagine u wait 30-40 Minutes, to get a Game where a Dps is trolling and Lose every game. the 3/3 feels just ātime wasteā
