Its been a few month. Still no change from Blizzard.
I begin to think they will ignore it.
I will start sending actual physical mail to the Blizzard HQ as registered mail and ask for an official statement. This is ridiculous. I reported this in the beginning of the year, and others even before that. Its been well over a year. I have reported it multiple times ingame. They know, they don’t give a frick about it.
I think it will pour down on their neck when the player housing furniture will be added to old reputations and suddenly a lot of people start to care about their old reps and realize they were gone.
Signed back up after dropping sub early in Dragonflight only to find I lost all my Shadowlands exalted reps and what little Dragonflight reputation I had gained. Inexcusable.
I had exalted with The Enlightened; Death’s Advance; The Ascended; The Wild Hunt; Court of Harvesters and Undying Army. Plus Tier 6 with the Archivists’ Codex and Appreciated with Ve’nari. All gone. All I have is max renown with my Covenant, the Stitchmasters.
I hadn’t made much progress with the DF reps but those are all gone too.
This is inexcusable. And the lack of real tech support is inexcusable too.
Be accurate, say if this is something you have just noticed after not playing for a longer time or is it something new and recent, to let the CS know there is still a problem after multiple rounds of attempted fixes over a couple of a years.

@Tyrskorn, as a workaround, can you please at least send an item to players who have the exalted reputation achievement that boost their reputation back to exalted? It shouldn’t be too hard to check for exalted reputation achievements in the database.
This was half a year ago.
So when DOES this get prioritized?
You lectured me about GMs not being able to help players. But if GMs won’t fix it, and the Devs won’t fix it, who WILL?
I would REALLY love to see any form of solution. The excuse that there hasn’t been enough time to find a solution doesn’t work anymore after this long.
Hi, I have reported this as a bug in game. I came back to the game a couple of weeks ago after a two year break and found all my Shadowlands reputation have been reset. I played throughout that expansion and have most if not all rep from Shadowlands at exalted, I have the achievements in my achievement tab to show that I did back in 2021 when it was current. It’s very disappointing to see the rep go back to neutral as the grind took a very long time!
Just replying to the thread to keep it going, my Shadowlands Rep have all been reset to neutral when most if not all of them were Exalted. I came back after a 2 year break. Its very disappointing to see the Venari and Death’s Advance reputation grinds reset to neutral, those grinds took a long time!! After reading the thread, it seems other rep grinds have also been reset. This is really worrying and really disappointing they’re not on this asap! Lots of players have spent hours playing the game to farm these reputations.
I’m experiencing the same issues also 
I was thinking about rolling a Horde character in Legion Remix, but I’m afraid to do so, since the reputation reset affected reputations which have a Horde counterpart as well. (Like my 7th Legion one.) I’m even hesitant to touch past reputations in Remix in fear that it would trigger a reset right before the housing launches.
Anyone else here affected have similar concerns? It’s been more than a year for some people and we still don’t know what the root cause is, what triggers it and the lost data has not been restored.

Just wanting to draw some light to this issue. I can see there’s been a couple of threads from several months back on Reddit as well as one blue post response here on the official forum mentioning a “small number of reports”.
I picked up the game again last Friday after a 2 year hiatus and found that all my SL reputations have been reset to Neutral/level 1. These were previously all or mostly all maxed out.
As much as I really, really like the account wide reputation, this does feel pretty bad as hundreds of hours spent in SL has almost completely disappeared and my collector brain is hurting from it.
Re-grinding the reputations is not an option (nor an acceptable answer if this ends up being Blizz’s formal stance) with so much new content to do as well as limited play time.
I appreciate I might be thick but I can’t see how I can report the issue in game. The report problem option limits you to certain pre-set options, none of which fit this issue, nor can I see any other way of raising it. To me it looks like the report problem feature has took a turn for the worse as well.
I also appreciate it may be low priority for Blizzard but I do hope this issue can get some visibility and a fix will be implemented.

It’s been unresolved for a year.
In-game you can click ? in the menu, then Support. Then Submit Feedback or Bug report. Unfortunately, you can only add 500 characters, no screenshots or anything else. It is a known issue.

Also noticed today that my Sabellian, Wrathion, Artisans Consortium and Cobalt Assembly have also reset.
Same issue.
In June they hoped to “have some positive movements soon anyway”.
They also mentioned a “small number of reports from other players.” I am not sure how small that is, considering the number of similar reports recently (see US forums).
Like many others, I lost all my SL rep (neutral instead of exalted). Posting one more thread to increase visibility and help prioritize this bug.
Just buy Midnight epic edition guys, maybe this and 100 other major bugs get forgotten at some point
13/08/2021 Earned Exalted Rep with 7th Legion. I only noticed this at the beginning of The War Within, that it was put back to Friendly. Got it back up to honored 5577/12000 Honored, to get it back to Exalted I would need to do approximately 400 world quests for the 7th Legion. Taking me away from the current game. This needs to be fixed. I knew there were going to a lot of bugs in The War Within, but I thought it was going to be just the Nerubians.
