Whereās the fix? Been two months now and still nothing. My reputation is still gone.

Wrathion, Sabellian & Cobalt Assembly have gone from Exalted - zero for me.

No, thereās no fix. Blizzard needs to roll one out. But, seeing how they handled Guild Bank item data loss, and their silence on this issue, I wouldnāt count on them solving this.
Iāve farmed my lost reputation back, and Iāve slowly started not caring and shifting away from the game onto other ones. If theyāre not taking data loss seriously, I canāt find a single reason to take their game seriously.

I had to spend my Timewarped Badges to get my Honor Hold reputation back to Exalted after it reseted to Neutral when I entered Shattered Halls Timewalking dungeon.
Blizzard donāt bother to fix it or at least let GMās to restore lost reputations. Something realy bad is happening with this company lately.
Iāve spend nearly 20 years with Blizzard and WoW, but slowly Iām considering to say goodbye. I simply canāt accept how Blizzard is dealing with all those issues - reputation, guild bank items lost etc.

I suffer from a reputation reset on BFA factions:
- Talanjiās Expedition
- The Honorbound
- Voldunai
- Zandalari Empire
I also checked https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/article/137321 but that didnāt really help or bring me any step further.

Man, Blizzard probably isnāt going to fix this even if we do keep replying.
Still missing my Obsidian Warders and Order of Embers reps. Order of Embers rep lost after Tyrskorn made a vague comment about pre-Dragonflight reps being fixed.

This article https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/000137321 originally promised a hotfix, but the information has now been removed without explanation, leaving us without clarity on when this will be resolved.
It feels like the voices of players who are most affectedāespecially collectors and completionistsāare being ignored.
As someone who plays actively and is subscribed year-round, this bug hits hard. Many of us stick with the game outside of seasonal pushes, and it feels like weāre being overlooked in favor of players who drop in just for Mythic+ or raids when new content drops.
I hope this gets more attention soon. Weāre loyal players, and itās frustrating to see our concerns brushed aside. Some clearer communication would be appreciated.
Edit: The EU version has old information: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/article/137321. However, itās still concerning that the US one was modified.

I bought commendations for wintersaber trainers, like 50 of them for around 3000 timewarped badges. when i used all of them (as horde) i transferred to alliance, Then i noticed my reputation was neutral =), GM does nothing, nor its support

You shouldnāt do that as a Horde. Alliance got Wintersaber Trainers and Horde got Venomhide Ravasaur in Unāgoro Crater. You should wait and buy Commendations after transfer.

Well it happend and now i cant get any refund for it
Same think with me, my Netherwing reputation was reset back to neutral(i was 7k rep away from exalted) when the tbc timewalking startedā¦ and i was hoping to use the extra rep buff to finish it in 2-3 days for those mountsā¦ made a ticket and they just said to make a bug reportā¦ great support
Update: They restore my lost reputation with netherwing

Just a quick check: Am I understanding this correctly?
Did this issue start around the same time the āgreat guild bank heistā happend?
And is it still not resolvedāor has it been fixed? (Since there havenāt been any posts for 5 days)
The first reset happened with Dark Talonsā reputation in the Forbidden Reach patch.
This one affected many more reputations and has been happening since TWW pre-patch. The great guild bank heist occurred at around the same time, yes.
Unfortunately, we are in limbo with this issue, and no fix yet.
I suppose the only hope for us is when they will make the rest of the reputations account-wide. It would mean a very long wait, and even then - there is no guarantee that we will get anything restored.

The fact that they removed the info about a planned hotfix from the US page really does make me think that it will just never get fixed and Blizzard is just hoping it doesnāt affect too many people.
Itās beyond insane that a rep in this thread said it should be fixed except for Dragonflight reps yet people are still to this day losing them across different expansions.
Itās so indefensible to let people lose so much progress, and effectively bar them from engaging with a part of the game because they might lose more progress, and thereās just full radio silence from Blizzard on it.
Like come the F on, Blizzard. Grow some balls and give us some actual information about this. The last time Tyrskorn said anything was in September.
Of course, Tyrskorn helpfully gave us info that led me to believe pre-DF reps were fine to touch and ended up losing my Order of Embers rep thanks to that, but Iād rather they say something instead of nothing at all.
Just maxed the current expansion reputations to exalted. Logged in the next day and they now dont appear on the repuation tab just like the dragonflight reps. I lost Dark Talon rep and Undercity on my mains months ago. Iāve gone through the process of customer support leading to being told theres nothing they can do and put in countless bug reports. 18 years of this game with that time effort and sub costs. Very sad as i do love the game but that effort just to have it taken away is too much. Very sad to say iāve just unsubbed. Hope you all get a fix soon or even just an explination.
I was once exalted with Zandalari Empire & The Honourbound, even have the achievements to prove itā¦ Now Zandalari Empire is neutral & The Honourbound is friendly.
I really donāt want to have to grind these reputations again!
your reputation with cenarion circle is now neutral
is what I regularly keep getting with my low level druids (which arenāt discovering the faction for the first time) when interacting with moonglade npcs at least every other week as I am checking on the limited supply vendor.
Technically didnāt lose any or a significant amount of reputation but whenever I have seen a similar message on other characters it usually indicated something very bad (five different reputations, random characters).
Over two years Dark Talons had been reset several times for me. Iāve tried from fresh recently but after three days all the effort got deleted again. Whether it is only specific characters that are affected by this repeating occurrence, I do not know, but the bug has not been taken care of.
