I have never had the opportunity to roleplay with Brigante properly, outside of a few brief encounters. Its a shame, and I can only offer my condolences to his friends and family now. May he rest in peace.
Very disheartening to hear. Brigante was well-known in the Argent Dawn community, and this loss will be deeply felt. Rest in peace, Brigante.
Rest in peace Brigante.
Got to RP with you a lot through the years. Eccentric and fun to be around. You will be missed.
May he finally get his well deserved rest. It’s still hard to come to the heart to hear the news, Brigante was always the giggle many people needed in bad times and sharing stories. Even making people smile without him realizing it.
Words can’t even describe how dark and sad this day has become. May his memories always stay with us, and may he have a big boost to the beautiful gardens that await him.
Deepest condolences to Brigante’s friends and family. It is a sad day indeed, he will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace.
My condolences to everyone who was close with him and his family.
Will forever remember the funny stories you used to tell, hits hard you are gone Brigante.
Fly high big man, rest in peace.
This is terrible news, my thoughts go out to all of his friends and family… I remember doing lots of RP with him throughout BFA and during RP-PVP.
May he rest in peace,
Grimsdale
My fondest memory of Brigante was when our characters both parttook in a campaign centered around arathi. It was my first real introduction to AD.
Stellar campaign, thanks to him.
Rest in peace mate.
Condolences to family and friends, never had change interact with but he sounded like larger than life man, he will be missed.
My heart has joined the thousand
For my friend stopped running today.
I didn’t really know Brigante but we’ve exchanged words maybe once or twice on discord.
I hope he rests well
Rest in peace Brigante. The world is a poorer place without you in it.
Rest in peace, Brigante, Bwonsamdi will love your stories too.
Very sad to go so soon, condolences to his family and friends.
Fly eternal, Wing Commander! Rest in peace, Brigante.
I will admit, I’ve only met the guy once, 'bout a year ago during the Kosh’harg, and I remember talking to him was both, strange yet insightful. Seeing some of the reactions on here, I can see he had more of a legacy than I fully realised.
Still, I wish my condolences to his family and friends. Fate dealt a cruel hand, but that just means he really was an important person to a lot of people if they are this upset, right?
Here’s hoping Bwonsamdi had some drinks waiting for him.
RIP, I did not know them, but always sad to see someone go in the community.
I would like to read Alicia’s poem (based on Do Not Stand at My Grave and Weep), this once dedicated to Brig:
Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.I am in a thousand winds that blow,
across Northrend’s bright and shining snow.I am the gentle showers of rain,
on Westfall’s fields of golden grain.I am in the morning hush,
of Stranglethorn’s jungle, green and lush.I am in the drums loud and grand,
the thunderous hooves across Nagrand.I am the stars warmly gleaming,
over Darnassus softly dreaming.I am in the birds that sing,
I am in each lovely thing.Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there. I do not die.
Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.
Ralph Waldo Emerson.
I only knew him from his forumposts and they were a joy to read. I wish family and friends much strength in this troubled time.
I must have heard and read a story about a wasp about 30 times and it never bored me.
He had such a soothing voice stayed up late nights and early morning talking with him.
Sassy sense of humour and he loved peoples eyes. He always made time for people and i loved him.
