Maybe it will never come back as is but maybe there is a way no one of us knows about, we understand you Dottie but arent you tired of repeating the same stuff ?
People need to accept it’s gone and not coming back. The data is “permanently deleted”, Blizzards words, not mine.
If Blizzard had a way to bring it back they would have by now. There was a video where they confirmed it’s gone. It will be linked somewhere up there in the post.

Well, as soon as people started showing interest they would have activated it again to make some more money. I figure because they didn’t they can’t.
At the time the service was discontinued and the data was deleted no one was interested. Otherwise they might have kept a backup.

Please return the clone service, I missed it and I want it so bad so I can keep playing classic.
I wish the cloning service came back. Simply forgot to clone my warrior in tbc and now I am getting the itch to finally gear him up.
Barely played classic endgame and I can’t stomach another few months of leveling. So it’s either cloning coming back or I just won’t be playing classic again.
Looks like you won’t be playing Classic again as the data is gone FOREVER.

It doesn’t make sense for Blizzard to employ secret agents, they are not intelligence agency. If they wanted to spend extra funds, they would employ more official representatives to answer in blue.
It’s not only Dottie, many of us fully understand that the service has been discontinued and and data permanently deleted.
I understand that with more posts like this you try to convince Blizzard to reopen the service, if they don’t keep the data there is no way to return it.
Why did you change your character dottie ?
I have never said I am against it, I have only said (nay, insisted) it’s not going to happen. I am just a player like you but I have been on the forums for a long, long time so I know the way Blizzard do things.
I don’t play retail so I changed to a Classic Dottie, I also had a problem when I tried to level my Era Dottie (this character is a Wrath Dottie) past 10 and that Era Dottie took over all my Wrath Dottie’s posts as they are both on Pyrewood Village, one Wrath and one Era.
I couldn’t choose my Wrath Dottie in the characters list on the forums as it disappeared when I levelled Era Dottie over 10. which replaced it. I reserved the name at the start.
It’s a known issue which I think only affects characters with the same name, realm and Blizzard account. Eventually I deleted the Era Dottie, remade it and used another name and got this Wrath Dottie’s posts back.

Bring back the era clone service, please. I miss my Thunderfury warrior and my other 5 lvl 60 alts with full raid gear!

Maybe you shouldn’t of abandoned them, they are not gone they are on Wrath realms.
I would pay for 3-4 of my characters back! I did not realise the service was ending at the time and now cata is looming I would love my old toons back if they are on deep storage anywhere. Blizz could make some good cash off this with the increased classic interest.
