Blizzard are rushing release cause they are afraid of competition, haha…Pathetic
You say forced Blizzard to do this, but Blizzard isn’t the same as they once were.
Why would they be afraid of competition exactly?
They’re still the biggest MMORPG on the market lol.
I always see these posts saying “next WoW killer” and they usually either die or never do “kill” WoW
Damn i forgot that, blizz are literally gonna be competing against a game that isn’t even out, for a older game of their own. For a month!
Jesus june will be funny af in a bad way for the TBCC player.
Two weeks of prepatch is way too short. Huge disappointment.
A month of prepatch would have made a lot more sense.
Was looking forward to raiding Vanilla content with Shamans in our Alliance raid.
Certainly the Horde were also looking forward to having Paladins for Vanilla content.
It would been a unique and different experience and I feel like its a missed chance.
I’m not sure how the char clone service will work. For example, if I select to remain in classic era, and then decide I’d like to play TBC era too, then can I select the char clone service and activate the snap-shot of my char (which Bliz took) and enter Outland? Is that how it could work?
If you select to remain in Classic era that selection is final.
That character will be forever locked to Classic era.
Unless they decide to introduce an additional service to move your character from Classic Era to Burning Crusade.
This also goes for any new character that you decide to create on the Classic era server.
Blizzconline said that we will be able to jump on the leveling our new races early… Nice Blizzard.
Getting to the airport and only making halfway through security when your plane takes off is late!!! Unless you expect players to level for 8hrs a day I guess.
wtf its way to early, 4 weeks ?, who with a normal job got time to take vac. 70$ for a fancy hs 2 mounts and gametime/boost? rofl.
man is this 1 april.
release 1 july
I’m happy THC classic is coming soon Even if I have to rush to be ready!
Happy that TBCC has been announced but very unhappy at the pre-patch length.
Do it from next week not the 18th.
2 weeks to level isnt long enough bliz :c
Here to add my complaint about the ridiculous state of this. Super hyped for TBC, super dissapointed about the short notice and 2 week pre patch. No notice at all to book time off work.
Other comments have said it so I wont go on…but seriosly…
People are mad, but WHO CARES??? After so many years on sh*tty PVs, after so many years of dreaming of this happening, IT’S FINALLY HERE! I’M SO HAPPY!!!
Looking at how lucrative you are making this (the cloning costing even more than TBC when it got first released) I’ve decided not only not to play TBC but I won’t renew my sub that ends at the 16th of this month.
2 Weeks of Pre-Patch is too SHORT!
Two weeks is not long enough for the pre-patch. This is a unique time in the game where we all get fresh talents at 60. Some people will want to raid with the newly available classes. Re-rollers will want to PVP for the R14 gear. This is a chance for Blizzard to get another 6 weeks of subs out of people for almost zero work. I have no idea what is going through their minds unless it is about getting money in early for the Deluxe editions and BC Pass (58 boosts).
If you were planning to level a Belf/Draenei to 60 looks like you have to pay for SM/Mara/ZG boosts or you will probably won’t make it in time. Better book some time off work as well.
As you only seem to care about money I am now going to cancel 2 of my 4 subs.
GG
This is not a good idea at all.
The prepatch length is far too short.
The time given between this announcement, when the prepatch hits, and TBC release is so disrespectful towards your loyal fanbase and customers.
I really hope Blizzard/Activision reconsider this ludicrous decision.
Way too early, still buggy, not enough time to lvl in preepatch. August 1st would have been a better date
Very disappointing, such short notice, please reconsider this release date and allow more time for levelling the new races and also to allow more notice in general for people to book leave from work and make their preparations. Not everyone has been tryharding to the max and has already finished everything and is stacked up to the gills with every profession item required for tbc etc, as others stated this is shorter than the original pre patch. Please push it back so people can level their new races
