Make-it-yourself tabards

For 10.0… please? So many times i wanted to wear a tabard that matches a set i made, but it doesn’t exist! Would be really nice if we could make our own, and over time you can add models and maybe material types for us to make them! So basically like the guild tabard creator, but with more options ofc and personal, i remember using that a few years back but it felt pretty limited.
