What power creep?
In the past we used 3 heals on someone and they were full hp.
Now you can be hardcasting spammable heals for 30 seconds and still not heal someone to full hp.

That depends on how many buffs on other buffs of other random procs and more random crap is going on. Sometimes you heal with button A 500k and then you heal with button A 5M. It is stupid.

There’s resonant words that increases healing on next flash heal/heal by 40% after you use a holy word.
How much does that flash heal heal then? 1.1 million.
Not even 10% of our hp.

1.1M? I do not know priest spells. but on mistweaver on 685 ilvl my highest vivify is 5.8M, by logs. Not sure how to see lowest.

On resto shaman i found a 9.8+M healing surge (by only opening 1 log).
Hahaha no I can comfortably say that’s not how it is.
The DPS and healer expect the tank to do 100% of the crowd control and like 99% of the interrupts. Just open Details after any run. I’ve got 80+% of the CC done in the group and most of the time 30+ interrupts, sometimes more.
Then I take a look at the DPS… 1interrupt here, 2 interrupts there…10% of the CC done. Lol! It’s the other way around!
I’m watching it happen every run. Only one time yesterday did I get a Dps with more interrupts than me. it was like 32 to my 29 interrupts.
Dps are the slackers most of the time. Imagine if DPS could actually do their job and not just tunnel vision and do “giga damage”

and to compensate for this they make boss fights to last forever.
or if you still experience it - it means that you pushed the keys really really high . because the main haracteristic of infinite mode is so eventually you will always find mechanics to 1 shot you always
Yes, hence why I’m questioning the “healing power creep”.
We’ve just been getting weaker and weaker, going form being able to heal someone to full hp in 3 spammable casts to not even healing half hp with a 45 second cd, it doesn’t even heal people for 20% of their hp.

Then ask for shaman nerfs.
This isn’t “healing power creep” or all healers would heal insane amounts but we don’t.

That is then probably only your healing spec that is not doing that.

Over 5M flash heal. What do you mean by 1.1M tops?
Are you sure you look at every buff over buff with proc X and proc Y with whatever random weird thing? Which was my point.
That’s a guardian spirit on the target and flash heal that crits that.
You don’t have guardian spirit up constantly and it’s only on 1 target and you certainly don’t crit all your flash heals.
Which is still almost half of your healing surge.

Exactly my point. Thank you. Make buttons do basically almost always the same and we do not get into this crap situation where a button can do 500k but also 5M.

What we do not want is 5 random procs and buffs for buttons. Isn’t it enough we have crit and potentially 1 ability that can buff abilities?

Guardian spirit is the only external that modifies healing holy priests have.

Like i said; in that case holy priest is probably the only that do not have twenty procs and buffs.

Because i do know nothing about holy priest since dragonflight.
I am not sure how resto shaman has guardian spirit up for alsmost half of the healing surges.
We have: Guardian spirit(external, 3 min cd(1 min cd if talented and doesn’t proc) that increases healing taken by the target by 60%), apotheosis(if you spec into it giving 10% more healing) and premonition of piety(+28% healing done).
We get 40% more healing on next flash heal, heal, prayer of healing or pw:life after using a holy word. Still doesn’t push them into obscene numbers if combined.

Without any hard searching (more like looking at 2 logs) i already find serenities of 7M. You do not have only a button that does 1M. Flash heal is nowhere the top heal in the logs either.
