Transferring where? I’m confused. From Gehennas to Ashbringer?
They are not leaving, We alliance already left, I just missed the free transfer that time.
Yes. All horde transfer to Ashbringer. It’s gonna be ours when were done.
I’m already on Ashbringer for a week now.
While a lot of alliance players left [around 500-600] and went to Earthshaker in the ‘mistake transfer window’ Blizzard created, it was far from all of them. There were at least 150-200 players left on the alliance side vs 50-80 horde players.
Comparing that to now, the server is in a far far better place. Now Blizzard need to lock the horde transfers in and only allow the alliance transfers in to give the server a chance to balance itself.
There are plenty of places people can play on a one-sided server. The people on Ashbringer from the start want a balanced server.
Im on ashbringer now, ive seen more alliance in 10 min then i saw alliance in 10 days on Gehennas
Updated numbers at 19:20 - October 3rd
Horde - More than enough [3K +]
Alliance - 1063
Well then Alliance is screwed…
No? Why is alliance screwed? Alliance has more players now than before too. Completley even servers is just in peoples fantasy. There will never be 50/50.
I agree with you, i have been on the server since it was on low population…when i said what i said i meant specifically in the new areas in Northrend it must be impossible to quest at times.
My experiences so far have been of getting attacked far more than instigating the attack.
If they get more numbers its going to be very interesting.
Now open migrations from Gehenas to different language realms and ggwp.
You have been questing in Northrend?
In your eyes is it possible to quest both as Horde and Alliance without engaging in PvP all the time?
How are you getting these numbers?
@Fockme: Balkmog and others are using this:

Census projects can gather quite a bit of data, if there are enough addon users that submit info to the sites.
This is kinda unfortunate if the Alliance side isn’t growing as much as the Horde is.
I was happy seeing Ashbringer becoming healthy again and was thinking of transferring to it out of Golemagg with a couple of friends. I also don’t mind if the server winds down a bit after the hype; I personally don’t like overcrowded realms, and as long as the realm is healthy enough in the long term and has enough people I’d be happy.
But was kinda hoping it’d be a rare gem among the realms atm with a decent enough faction balance. Not sure now if I should transfer to it if it will only end up as another horde-dominated server.
I am also running a manual scan by class by zone by level group, it is now quite time-consuming.
So for example z-“Borean Tundra” “death knight” 70
3k horde is alot while alliance is at 1k, Ashbringer was popular as pvp server because it was always balanced 50/50, sometimes it was 55/45.
And yes they should indeed lock the transfers now from Gehenass/ and firemaw horde to Ashbringer.
I doubt some old ashbringer players will return aswell, they all transfered to servers like Earthshaker/ pyrewood village/ and Firemaw…
Today I tried again questing in Northrend, it was again not possible because I have seen hordes at like every quest hub now. All I do on my main on Ashbringer is wait of rested xp and do dungeons for xp… Some quests areas are good for alliance, PvP is fun but got always outmatched when I kill someone some other horde shows up and then kills me when im on a quest.
So… Alliance is screwed.
It is odd because I have characters at various levels and I am just not seeing all this alliance killing you are referring to. Can you quest outside prime times?
If u want to quest in northrend, do it at least in a party of 5 people, otherwise wait for rested xp and spam dungeons to level.
