There was a point in P1 where it did affect Mutilate costing 40, probably a stealth change as noone played muti in raids anyways due to ferals actually being good with mangle debuff and SS taking advantage of that.
Now it’s 40energy baseline which is a terrible idea, especially on a combo based class.

wrong yet again, SP has been simply mentioned a lot regarding “balancing” and “OP” when the truth of the matter is simply Rogues ripping SPs apart even with Dispersion and that laughable priest shield which breaks from literally every ability in the game, and if that happens to SP, it happens to literally any caster.

Glad to see these classes and specs getting some attention. Would also like to see some shaman tuning. It is pretty obvious in pvp that the underpowered state of paladins vs the overpowered state of shamans is causing horde faction to have a massive advantage.

Also, cute Chimera Shot buff, but we’re still missing that last 5% you stole from us back in P1. Give it back.
Doesn’t matter how much you “buff” Explosive Shot or Chimera Shot, they still aren’t going to be good enough to outperform Beast Mastery nor make up for the lack of a pet taunt.
Also these changes aren’t even close to good enough for the Hunter, it needs a rune overhaul. Stop dragging your feet and just do it already; You don’t know how to design Hunters, just admit that the way you handled their runes was and is still wrong and just overhaul the damn thing already.
As a Paladin, i am super disappointed. Buff to martyr seems like whatever. As long as divine storm ist not a book or on a different Rune Slot (it should be ASAP) its a slap in the face. Ret needs the button that is DS, they don’t have any (a major core issue) and martyr just replaces an existing one. Forcing the spec down a very specific path (gear wise as well) is killing the fun for a lot of ppl like myself. Tank does need help as well. again DS has to be a book/different slot. give the block chest rune crit reduction and let it affect prot talents that depend on being crit (give it a proc chance instead). I can’t say anything about healing unfortunately, im just not acquainted to healing.
Since it’s a warlock change my bet is the proc chance is still 5% to make sure it remains useless.
Sad too. I’d honestly just get rid of the damage buff from it and make it cause the pet to heal/recharge the warlock for 5% of its mana and health and vice versa to make Demonologists get the most out of this rune with their talents.
I don’t know why we need two separate damage buff runes in the first place.

You can literally look up the very first build of Season of Discovery on WoWhead and see that it already said “Does not apply to Mutilate”. You just have no idea what you’re talking about.

Any chance we’ll see changes to the blood moon event? It currently favors teams consisting of casters (pref spriest mages bookies and disc) and I’ve seen screenshots of groups farming over 6k coins per event. Kind of disheartening knowing it will take multiple weeks longer for some people to enjoy the rewards compared to the ones with the right specs.
At least you get to kill quite a few classes in a somewhat satisfying stun-chain and usually get to decide your matchups. Doesnt fully excuse the present state, but it isnt the worst.
