When I joined SoM, I had reasonable high hopes, but wow… have we been let down.
Late releases, wrong dates, war effort bugged for 2 weeks, transfer disaster… and more much. The way SoM players have been treated is so disappointing. The silence over the topics on these forums too is so alarming. The constant “errors” and “bugs” is just one excuse after another. Unbelievable.

There is NOTHING that irritates me in this company more than having a service that works PERFECTLY in the NA servers but fails in the EU! Like how hard is it to test these things pre-hand in all the regions, see if there are any issues, fix them, then open it up worldwide? The worst thing is, saying, “We do not yet have a timeframe for completing the fix for this issue.”… which I understand, but having it open-ended is such a middle finger in our faces. That could be a 24h fix or a 24 days fix.
So disappointed.

I’d start cheering after the transfer has happened and your characters aren’t stuck in limbo. Between now and that maintenance tomorrow there are still 100 things they can screw up.

Early tomorrow morning CET, we will be performing a scheduled maintenance to realms in this region. During that time, we’re going to attempt to fix the issue preventing SoM transfers.
If all goes well, we expect to enable transfers soon thereafter.

THIS is the sort of communication we need and we want, to make this sorta thing work out, so we can actually prepare on what the plans are, and what we’re dealing with.
