Seems like 80-90% of BG lately are premade and it has made me tired of PvP

This has pretty much been the case since PvP was introduced in WoW. You always had to grind for PvP gear once you hit max level. You were always at a disadvantage against those who were already geared out. I didn’t play in Vanilla but I experienced this in Classic. You had the casuals who just wanted to enjoy some BGs and you had the no-lifers that farmed the highest rank as quickly as they could to get all the best gear.

I was thinking exactly the same. I am floored by the logic (Or lack thereof) of some forum users and their level of contradiction.

@Opaloka, just curious, do you have PvP gear? Because I see you in PvE gear and that can be a cause of why you might find BGs challenging? I mean I might be wrong but I’ve checked your armory twice and I see the same thing unless armory is being slow to update, also trinket set is the most vital 2 pieces in your entire gear due to the HP and int/agi/strength boost. So just wanted to check.

The only thing your replies show are two things. First, you’re not able to read a full text and understand what it implies. Second, when you run out of valid arguements you start with personal attacks.
We’re not 14 years old, are we, and stop pretending you know anything about me.

Throwing another comment to support the view that queueing solo to Random and Epic BGs is awful experience, please do something about this.

Nobody at all is saying they shouldn’t be allowed, people are just suggesting they should be matched with similar, for the benefit of the fun of the game. 5 man teams split into their own groups would make a huge difference to the randoms cos you’d have a lot less of these wannabe elitists absolutely killing what used to be fun and vibrant games for the average randomer. There are easily plenty enough groups of 5 for it to not even be an issue as far as entry times go and 5 is the perfect number to fit straight into any other 5, I’d personally prefer no more than 3 in bog standard randoms but the wouldn’t work so well in the typical multiples of 5 BG’s. Surely, somewhere there has to be a line in the sand of what is just casual, for the fun of it BG’s and what are serious, regimented BG’s where you would actually expect people to be more pro in their approach to games and teams.

Also, again… I see no problem with 5 mans in a EBG’s but that’s 40 people per side, once you narrow that down to 5 in a 10 man then it’s just overkill to me, renders so many games pointless.

Many players don’t play in full 5 stacks and prefer to just invite one buddy and queue.
Are you then going to construct 2 10 man teams out of 2-2-2-2-2 premade groups?
What about 3 man premades? 3-3-3-3-3 for 15s and 3-3-3-? for 10s? The queue times will be insanely long until the system finds you enough premade players with the right group size.
Or do you just lump everything from 2-5 together and solo players get to have their own queue?

I just don’t see separate queues working. An increasing handicap the more players you bring seems like a far more elegant solution. Then you can also keep everyone in the same queue.

That’s so extreme as an example lol I always return my shopping trolley and I always find and kill gankers in WoW and keep them on a bully list.

However, expecting someone returning to WoW to know the list of 50 things you should probably do to gear up for a random BG is insanity and comes from a skewed perspective of reality. Like those mentally ill terminally online types on twitter who force their ultra min-maxed superior morals onto everybody and expect jail time or even death for people who don’t want to comply.

You shouldn’t be like that, you should probably just relax a little and realise that the fault isn’t necessarily the players, it’s Blizzards for ensuring such a convoluted and wide-spread issue for gearing up.

To gear up in PvP you should only need to PvP through randoms and then ranked. Maybe buy a set on the AH to start with that’s crafted. That’s it. It’s Blizzards fault for bloating the game with so many systems you just immediately overwhelm returning players and new players and bore the hell out of current players.

Have you noticed that to upgrade your pvp gear you need Drake’s Dreaming Crests, 15 of them per upgrade (true insanity) and these come from PvE content only it seems. I mean what’s that all about?

Do you actually bother to read the crap you post? Because that kind of logic, that’s messed up. A paradox? How is that a paradox? Where is the contradiction? How is the effect a poorly geared player has on a battleground come even close to the effect a premade has? It’s not even comparable. Hell, you people are so toxic you mess up even battlegrounds you don’t join.

Luckily upgrading your PvP gear does nothing for its ilvl in BGs or WPvP. It’s purely for PvE.

They are always the same, people without hands who prefer to set up groups in bg randoms than increase ratings in RBG.

Goldfish IQ players that decide to queue for PvP in their timewalking and levelling gear are more annoying than the garbage tier players that queue in premades anyway, even though they are abhorrently disgusting individuals in their own right.

Blizzard need to just put a scaled ilvl in unrated PvP since these people don’t have enough brain cells to do a quick Google search for what they should do to start earning gear.

Zado has returned, but often owned he has just been in Asrhan…accompanied by Nepha and Alfredo, so patetic.

You’re kidding me? I thought the ilvl stayed the same but the stats were increased?! OH I feel so stupid I’ve been trying to upgrade all my gear with those things you get

it russian cheater man like use abuse it make group 5 then qeu up man it all treu on there discord even yiks

ma dude, join a BG where your 1 random healer has 300k hp, the enemy healer has almost 1M HP (normal nowadays). Tell me again how that does not instantly lose you every fight… An enemy premade of 3 players won’t change that much unless they are all top geared, and skilled and your team is full of noobs. And yes, even if they do, the paradox is that you noobs want to ban premades but at the same time tell that such 300hp leechers are ok and must be embraced, I guess you are one of those no-performers who want to be carried too…

Btw, don’t write to me in such a rude way, just checked your profile, you are not legit, pleb

Im not legit. What does that mean?
