I want to move from PvP to PvE but unable, are transfers closed?

Currently PCT is disabled for the Classic realms, Era and Anniversary.

If that’s your current character you can just create new on pve server. If you are lvl 60 then F, because transfers are disabled and they don’t seem to open soon
Any idea when they’ll allow transfer? I joined PvP friend to play with a friend who quitted, now I’m stucked in this toxic world. I don’t want to waste thousands of hours of gameplay and start a new char on PvE server…
