There is an endless mode on the horizon with more rewards. As of right now, it’s in an introductory stage.
No offence, but the vast majority of players won’t notice a difficulty spike of any description until at least layer 3, with experienced players stating level 6 is when you’ll notice any kind of spice. I’m of the opinion that those who find one introductory layer 1 story run as ‘too much’ (or even ‘too difficult’) are the absolute last in line for something silly like “Removal Requests”. If anything, it simply boils down to “I dun like it and thus I dun want it”.
Flashbacks to vanilla where you had to endure gruelling quest-lines, attunements and all manner of shenanigans just to enter a raid, never mind participate in them. In the present, layer 1 Torghast being difficult for an extreme minority and being part of the story via a single baseline difficulty run is a bit too much?
By all means, provide feedback on features to help improve them, but the ‘casual’ excuse and feature ‘deletion’ drivel needs to stop.
Then thats a personal problem. Either get gear or “git gud”. Like there was one thing and one thing only and that was picking the anima power that doesnt let you jump which could have caused issues.
Also you can group up inside there. If one has issues within the Jaina run then i just dont know.
I still haven’t completed my weekly Torghast runs, and I really don’t want to. And this is still so early in the expansion… I feel like SL won’t age well at all.
I reached floor 6 on my previous run and for some reason no matter what I did after 50% or so the boss would just stop attacking my pet and kept focusing on me. Of course he two shot me over and over. I lost 40mn worth of “progress”.
This was such a miserable experience. 40mn of mindless monster bashing with unfun powerups - because Blizzard don’t understand that becoming overpowered or having broken or creative combos (like in Isaac for instance) is what makes a roguelike fun - for absolutely nothing.
Even the runs I successfully completed beforehand felt bad. When I completed them I wasn’t happy because it was fun, I was happy because it was finally over.
I don’t see myself doing that for two years. Dungeons are actually very good in this expansion imo, but everything else feels lackluster. Maybe raids are good but I’m a casual scrub so I don’t do those. Still, people like me also sub - or unsub - so it does matter how we feel.
It also sucks a lot that Blizzard - purposely I assume - nerfed the soloing of old raids. I was looking forward to soloing mythic legion raids but Blizzard said no, you won’t have fun…
Depends. I only failed once because for some reason my pet wouldn’t keep aggro on the boss. It’s pretty easy content for my class but it’s not fun. It’s just mindless and repetitive bashing of monsters that have too much HP.
Onve you started with stuff like this, you lost any legitimacy your thread might have had.
Furthermore, if you are going to bring up someone’s iq, at least make an effort to write “you’re”, not “your”, where appropriate. It’s… odd to find someone basking about their intellectual superiority in the same sentence in which they make kindergarden mistakes like that.
In fact torghast reflect the main “problem” of SL. the absolute lackluster reward.
Probably this is just cause is the beginning of the exp but harvesting 70 Anima for WQ, no loot in M+ and just soul ash in Torghast give ppl a “running to stand still” impression.
I run torghast twice per week and for me isnt sooo bad… but probably some other prize would be appreciated.
Im fine with Torghast getting more cosmetic rewards (and only cosmetics). However they said pretty early on that Torghast should be mainly run for fun. Also the mount can be used in the Maw so imma farm it anyway.
Torghast is okey.Dungeons are more fun then Torghast? At least random anima powers, random boss, can solo play or with mates. Not bad at all if compare with other PVE.
I dont like M+ and yet i still see people pushing giga high keys every patch ever since it got implemented while i would never deem that fun. There are also people that dont deem my definition of smacking your head against a brickwall (aka mythic raids) as fun. Fun is subjective.
I dont see any sense to run M+ many times just to have gears outdated after 2 weeks but in fact i see ppl is crazy for that… Probably ppl think the same watching me fishing for hours
Not play torghast and dont bother about your legendary.
Quit WoW if those 30-40 minutes per week are an issue, and just play diablo.
Suck it up, do Torghast for the legendary you need for your type of content and just stop Torghast till we get new legendary ilvls. (And i think this will be done by the majority of the playerbase.)
