Shadowlands was fun until

I’m having a blast in thorghast. Maybe it’s because my class does well there or maybe because I usually do it with my partner. Idk, I like it’s powers, I like the difficulty I like the experience however rewards should be better. Because without gear rewards or something it just feels like a chore anyway.

Do your reading and you will know that Twisting Corridors is what you are waiting for

You don’t have to do Torghast (or anything in the Maw) unless you choose to do so. Even then it’s a 1-2 hour investment of your time on a weekly basis. Don’t pretend that it’s some massive hurdle that you have to overcome.

what type of catch up do you want? Soul ash? you actually dont need that much soul ash to compete once you have your bis legendary up you dont really have to do torghast anymore and if you mean catch up as in making it easier go do a mythic dungeon or a raid there is your catch up

i really really wish they would give us the infinite torghast atleast Twisting corridors is gonna help a little bit

Wish torghast would be the only bad part of shadowlands. lmao

Make it so that you can farm soul ash up till the maximum farmed from Torghast since the start.

Example

1st week: 1k
2nd week: 2k
3rd week: 3k
.
.
.

Not in the Black Country where I’m from matey

Torghast was literally the only bit of the expansion together with my guildies that made me consider not cancelling my sub. It was one of the few redeeming bits of the expansion.

Fun as in fun only. Not for performance increasing loot.

It’s nice if it’s fun for you. But for many (most?) people, it is just a gray place where you kill bullet-sponge mobs 1 by 1 or 3 by 3 if you’re really lucky with anima, for AT LEAST 2 runs of 40 minutes every week - which is easily half a raid night. And that’s not even counting the need to do intermediate layers to unlock the last layer, or alts.

I for one don’t care about the loot: it’s boring, and slow, and mandatory. There are a few fun powers for a few classes/specs (shaman BL on each totem drop was a real highlight), and it’s apparently very easy for tanks and healers, but otherwise it’s a massive slog, at least solo.

Torgast might be fun for some People but i would like to ask them the same after few weeks or months of doing the same recycled thing.

and when did i say it was good design?

but really it´s “The noob nation attacked”

But the followers drop in Torghast…

This is my thought on Torghast too.

I’m also finding it a bit boring, it’s just more of the same irrespective of what section, layer or floor you do.

you dont need them, you can use the solders over and over in the same one. (the 2 in the bottom)

I mean i dont see a problem for such a system to exsist yet it needs a cap since when you come back like half a year in getting 50k soul ash seems a little weird but honestly i still dont see the problem just do torghast once and you have rank 1 legendary like its not that big a deal once your bis is maxed you will swim in soul ash or you can decide not to do more torghast

are we playing the same game? Island exp was just “gather everything and aoe”

Torghast require you to pull some mobs and target some before others. prioritize and CC/silence

Its not failing torghast that is fun wth? Its the challange that is fun, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, that is part of the challange.

thats because people could just ignore island expeditions

they cant ignore htorgast - because of ash

if there was no ash there people would be just like “ye lets ignore it”

but since its main feature of expasnion and it literaly cannot fail or someone would start asking questions regarding developement costs they slapped legendary upgrade materials there
