In Game,Bnet and Forum rules are not even similar.

Presumably, theoretical private messaging on the forums would be more like Bnet.
Nobody ever reported me for using adult words in a private bnet chats, and why should they.
Here on PUBLIC forums such words are inappropriate and obviously require action by mods.
