They are because they are what YOU want.
Does my voice not count? Are you that much of a misogynist?

Neither Nightborne nor Blood elves will get hurt if I get my way. They do not contradict each other.
Yes they will!
Their stories were butchered by BFA’s start.
It’s only in Dragonflight where we can see some developments for the Blood Elves and hopefully see a continued relationship between them and the Dragons.
Dragons have nothing to do with the factions. Blizzard has already said that the playable races apart from Dracthyr will not be featured in Dragonflight.
You wanna know who was butchered by BFa? The Forsaken. Undercity is still not functioning again. I say that is a much more urgent matter then the non existing problems the blood elves face.
No - they’ve said that the Blood Elven Reliquary and Dwarves’ Explorer League will be part of this.
Read it up.
And guess what.
Couldn’t care less about the Forsaken.
I only care about the Nightborne and Blood Elves.
It is pretty clear then that you are the selfish one here. Not me. Get in line and let Blizzard deal with real problems.
And the Blood Elves and Nightborne are real problems.
Forsaken can get in line until the Reliquary/Elven story in Dragonflight is over.
Then maybe wait a bit more for the Quel’Thalas update.
LMao not a chance. Forsaken need to claim their home back. Sylvanas must return. And the alliance needs to be kicked out of their backyard. Silverpine, Hillsbrad and Andorhal. Blood elves don’t have problems. Silvermoon is doing fine just as Suramar.
Imho, they should have played that “Fourth War” thing way more focused on the old zones. Small scale battles, that could have been built up over time.
First half of the Expansion (during Leveling):
The Horde conquers Kalimdor step by step. The Worgen and the Draenei do their best to help, Tyrande struggels, Malfurion gets wounded. Orcish “pride”, finally, Teldrassil burns, the Darkshore Warfront is opened.
Tyrande is broken, feels left high and dry by Anduin and is out for Horde Blood. End of Act I.
Second half of the Expansion - the Battle for Lordaeron. The Forsaken are pushed back by an aggressive and ruthless Alliance army, led by Genn and Alleria. Arrival of the Arathi Warfront. Calia gets a storyline that drives her between the Factions. In the end, she choses to help the Forsaken, since Sylvanas doesn’t seem to care much about them.
Last Act:
The Saurfang storyline begins. This time, with Anduin, Saurfang and Calia. Everything plays out like it did in the game, but this time, much faster and many characters point out the similarities to Garrosh and that they can’t go on like that. Saurfang reflects about the Horde’s past as tools of Destruction, just as he did in the game.
After the Mak’gora and Saurfang’s loss, Sylvanas gives her speech. Just as she’s about to unleash her mysterious power on the armies, Tyrande appears, turns into the Night Warrior and attacks her ferociously. Sylvanas retreats through a portal into the Shadowlands, where Tyrande follows.
In this moment, Calia realizes that Sylvanas used the Forsaken as tools, just as the Warchief used the Horde. She’s now determined to help, so she asks the Horde leaders for a meeting.
We see a discussion ingame, an actual process, where the Horde leaders debate and finally agree to build the new council.
End of Expansion.
The biggest problem was that they completely shifted away from the War, just to introduce Zandalar and Kul Tiras, that’s why it felt disconnected and chaotic.
Blood Elves and Nightborne are more important in the face of Dragonflight, with the Reliquary presence.
The forsaken can just wait until that’s done and maybe get a Tirisfal update, when Quel’Thalas is updated.
Blizzard biggest mistake was i cata to give the Horde massive amount of land, even fomer Alliance territory like Hillsbrad or Ashzara and multiple battles in favor of the horde and such things like the destruction of Theramore.
For many alliance player was clear who is actually favored and brings an strong envy and the Horde getting a better treatment.
The best way was like un classic, bc, and mostly wotlk to gave both faction in a permanent stalemate which no territoriale changes that bith are equall.
Calia needs to die. She is not part of the Horde and never will be. Stop simping for Bliizzard’s awful writing.
When was Azshara, Alliance land?
Only a few nostalgic Highborne Shen’dralar went there and they rightfully got removed since the night elves never stepped foot in that land until Warcraft 3 when Maiev was chasing down Illidan.
Those were always contested and not controlled by one faction. Stop lying.
Right lets keep the status quo were the alliance is the unchallenged ruler of the world right? That is all you alliance players want. Being catered to your power fantasy. Like Bfa did. That is why you are my enemy. And I will fight you until the alliance lies on the ground, broken and defeated.
Let’s keep the conflict as we know it.
Humans, High Elves, Worgen, Dwarves vs Forsaken, Blood Elves and Darkfallen
Night Elves, Draenei vs Orcs, Trolls, Tauren and Goblins.
Then we slide the allied races in, where appropriate…such as Void Elves and Nightborne joining the Eastern Kingdoms Alliance and Horde respectively.
Alliance = Humans and that’s it.
Many Alliance players want change and we should support that change so we can get interesting stories. I play a Night Elf Druid and I want to see the Night Elves command the Druid-story.
What you want denies me my right of what I want for my Night Elf Druid.
Hell - we might still get an Alliance story where we do attack them - especially if Turaylon and Yrel strike a bargain, but Blizzard have to be willing to move beyond a Human centric Alliance story.
I’d even love to see Lightforged vs Kaldorei, due to the large elephants in the room. Elune and the Light are different faiths.
I think, they should focus on setting up a new status quo in the old zones. Update the capitals, make Quel’danas and the Draenei starting zones reflect the current state of the story. In my opionion, they forgot too often that the World of Warcraft is a character on its own. Why spit out new zones like Zandalar or the Dragon Isles, when you still have starting zones that look like 2007?
It’s like playing GTA V and suddenly see a low-res GTA III-model in the streets.
That’s the thing, you won’t find that many players who only play / are interested in one faction anymore. That’s 2004 mindset - there is so much more to the experience than just red vs. blue. For people wo prefer red vs blue, there’s WoW: Classic.
I would support the factions being seperated by continents. Ashenvale is a nice place and is perfect for building a new shiny bloodelf City.
Blood Elves don’t belong in Ashenvale.
Blood Elves belong in Silvermoon and Quel’Thalas.
As all the leaders say, “For Quel’Thalas!”
Plus - where does my Night Elf Druid move to? What new lore can I expect for her?
EDIT: See, like Kalibas - controversial idea with no true knowledge on how it would alienate the fanbases of Blood Elves and Night Elves respectively.
