So you picked totally awful players

They tried that since Legion, with a lot of success. (Sarcasm)
It’s time to try something else.

Same issue, may be overlooked but couldnt find there heroic / normal raiders or lfr / open world players there. Seems too CE crowded so far.

CE players can survive any bad systems samr as AWC players. But the ones who left are casuals so i hope to read more of their opinion there as a concerned 3rd party.

No. Those systems killed many guilds. Stop assuming CE raiders would enjoy those wrongly designed unfun borrowed powers.

They are literally like cockroaches who can survive even atomic blast of bad systems imho
Not that they provide bad feedback, but the Community forums must be representative of the community, and they are over represented already by far.

Yeah agreed. But something that makes everyone happy (or at least the vast majority).
Not stuff that screws over an entire group of players.

Borrowed powers you have me. Welfare gear is an incredibly stretchable term. Im all against removing catch up gear in its entirety. For example 226 to 233 ILVL (emphasis on ilvl) gear from world stuff in the current patch is absolutely fine even if normal drops 226 since for normal the items of the equal ilvl (hence the emphasis) are still more powerful than their regular World Stuff counterparts.

CE Players were incredibly fed up with Shadowlands so far as well. We are way more affected by it than you think since we cant just ignore it or even try to ignore it. Covenants being a prime example here.

Try telling a Ventyhr Boomie he can just go Necrolord for instance. Or a Fae Boomie during Nathria he can go pick any other covenant. The 30% dps difference during 9.0 totally didnt affect their matter of choice. Amongst other classes.

Unless it’s a group of players you personally dislike. Screw them all the way.

No not even then.
The only exception I can think of is a group of players that are ACTUALLY destructive to a game and that being: Elitists.

And yeah, I know I throw the elitist term around too easily. I’m talking about REAL elitists here. I wouldn’t give a damn about them.

I don’t know what are you calling a “CE guild”. Because mine is a late CE guild, so do we fall into that category ? Even if we’re not reclearing, I’m assuming you’re refering to the top 100 world, rather than the 2000 guilds that are gettint CE, even if it’s months after realease.

And that’s why I’m a “segregationist”, ie I would say it’s time to separate content more. Openworld content can become its own separate progression system IF it were disabled inside raids.

Then it means AP, renown and borrowed powers must be gone.

Kill that. I’m happy that prosident made a nice thread on that matter demonstrating to which extent those systems are actually ruining class designs. Denying that borrowed powers are the root of our issues is simply nonsense.

As long as world quest gear does not reward above NM gear, then it’s fine.

No, not gone. Just not mandatory for progress in the big 3.

It can behave like PvP gear tbh. In the open world it has an increased ilvl but inside instances it does not. That way you can keep it at lets say normal gear level but in the end in world stuff it goes up to mythic ilvl while remaining normal gear in raids and pvp.

Blizzard won’t do that if AP is not being completely removed.

Combine it with what i said. A currency that allows you to upgrade “world gear” for world content. That way it stays the warmplace away from raiding and pvp.

I thought about it, but decided against it.

Look how rude people are talking about council members. All the presumptions and judgements being made. How people are deciding others worth and armory shaming.

Not everyone of course. Some responses are reasonable.

Not really as far as I have seen. I’m relatively new to mythic raiding and CE that’s that.
Shadowlands have claimed three CE guilds (I have been in five guilds throughout Shadowlands) because of bad systems and the game itself being not engaging enough.

The ‘Community Council’ should represent all types of gamestyles and players, ‘hardcore’ and ‘not hardcore’ alike. ‘High end’ players have been complaining about the same things as ‘not high end ‘ players when it comes to systems in Shadowlands.
Both parts of the community are important and should be equality represented.

I think they’ve “tried” to do that but ended up picking players who only present or think themselves to be high-end or high-rated players, when really they aren’t anywhere near that point.

You’re MVP tho, that’s good enough.
