SoM Transfer During Wotlk Pre-Patch

Hello there, i rarely ever make posts, but i figured it’d be important to address this anyway.

The thing is, A LOT of players who play SoM want to move onto Wotlk/TBC/Pre-Patch, so maybe it’d be fair to let those who want to move on already, do so?

Those with SoM characters still have to:

  1. Level from 60 to 70. (And rightfully take use of the +50% XP from all sources buff)
  2. Level up professions.
  3. Somewhat gear up their SoM character.

It’d be great if we’re allowed soon, at least during Pre-patch to move our characters to our so called “Forever Homes”, so those who’ve given up on SoM, can move on from there.

Kind Regards,

A very determined SoM Player.

They will be able to move 16th November and maybe a week before but not until then.

You already posted in the other thread about this so why post again?

Cause i’d like more perspectives.

Nah, what’s the real reason, people will post in the other thread.

Couldn’t agree more with this.

No, it’s a bad idea. You will be able to move off when SoM starts to close down. That is the only time you can, it makes perfect sense.

To you it’s a bad idea, not the majority who plays SoM.

You really do drop the average IQ of this forum quite significantly with every post you make. The idea is fine and SoM is already over. Naxx has been cleared, that’s it. The final boss is dead and no more content is being added. That’s the definition of over. Your “Omg it’s not been exactly 365 days since release noobs go back to SoM lul” Just makes you look stupid.

The posts are coming because SoM is over and people, including those making threads and posting in them do not play anymore because like I’ll repeat again for you - SoM is over.

Why am I not surprised to see another stupid post from you in another SoM thread.

Dottie seems to be the joke of WoW Forum.

Bro, you are stating facts.

I am only following the OPs lead.

I just stand up to those who talk rubbish and try to give as good as I get, they don’t like it up 'em.

You sound more and more like a meme. XD

I’m just the one people love to hate.

People don’t love to hate you, just you’re kinda annoying and clueless.

Stating facts, and overall not reasonable as a human being, of what the majority want, just what HE want.

Guldoksen, Labhen and Purposeful foaming at their mouth, as usual.

The idea is fine yes. And thats why you are gonna have to sit on your a** and wait until SoM is over. You know why? Cos Blizzard doesn’t give a damn about you or what you think.

Guldoksen - “I’d like more perspectives” → You got them. But no, you want validation of your own opinion.

Labhen and the dwarf as allies? LOL GOOD LUCK WITH THAT.

So basically you just want to jump the ship. No love for the SoM Naxx progression, wasn’t this why you came to SoM in the first place to relive the Classic, but at faster pace and with #manychanges?
Anyways you have 4 options to do so:

  1. Wait fro prepatch, then if no new announcements are made wait for November for SoM end, when everybody on Wrath progression realms will allready be t7 geared allready and ready for Ulduar.

  2. Wait for Wrath prepatch (that may come in 4-2 weeks before Wrath release). and start on Wrath prepatched fresh server. Full expirience of leveling interruption due to Scourge invasion event. Short time frame to level new character, default economics (meaning no easy mount from AH trade in first month for anyone) and high volatility of fresh fans, who live only for fresh reboots for about 2 months. Also consider Dragon Flight Simulator™ waiting room crowd, who will invade fresh promptly and leave in detsember, when Retail releases new expansion.

  3. Start leveling now with +50% exp buff on TBC progression realms (+30% more on 1-60 quests since that is TBC feature by default). You will have at least 3 weeks before prepatch and as a SoM player you know it is lvl 60 in your pocket. However you will be guaranteed to be able to start leveling to 80, like everybody else, as soon as Wrath launches. As a bonus you can get your first DK anywhere and your second DK on realm where your TBC lvl 55+ main will be. Also TBC realms will have DKs with prepatch, unlike Fresh, who going to have first only after people are done leveling to 55.

  4. Just wait for Wrath prepatch on TBC/Wrath progression realms and make first unrestricted lvl 55 DK. Blizzard promised you can create your first one anywhere without even having lvl 55+ character there first. I myself will help thousands of DKs make some chaos along with our zombie friends on one particular Megarealm, but keep my second DK where my mains are.

You are the biggest PoS here.

Show me the proof of the BS you spewed. Lets go.

The proof of people wanting to transfer? You cannot use? LOL, dude what in gods name are you even talking about, you come here smack talking every thread and ask for proof of people wanting to leave SoM for Wrath? Are you unable to read or what?
